January 16, 20179 yr He really is massively over-hyped isn't he? Prancing about like Carlton Palmer with ridiculous hair cuts, his own initials coloured on his barnet, you don't even see the narcissist king Ronaldo ever getting on like that. Embarrassing.
January 16, 20179 yr He is very talented, but there are many talented midfielders, that can be purchased a lot cheaper.

It's all about his brand. Ronaldo get's pelted but he's nowhere near as bad as a guy like Pogba. Releasing his own emoji's and having Ad billboards at games with his name and so on. Pathetic. Someone last night on the game said that would never happen under the Fergie regime, it's just a circus act.
January 16, 20179 yr Author Perhaps Fergie knew exactly what he was doing when he showed him the door.
January 16, 20179 yr He's clearly a good player, every player has a bad game or two. I think next season you'll see better from. His price tag was too much but that's cause of inflation.
January 16, 20179 yr Author I just don't see it yet, to me he looks clumsy as... In the Euros I thought he was crap as well. Maybe a flat track bully...

Ronaldo has earned the right (in some sense) to get away with such behaviour without being ridiculed. Pogba really has a long way to go.
January 16, 20179 yr Fergie will be disgusted with the way they are pandering to him, Did anyone else see the embarrassing Pogba# emoji across the pitch ad boards during yesterday's game? Who the hell do they think he is to advertise him like he is some sort of company? If they had done that for Ibra i could understand but not for him, Like ashwin said Ronaldo has earned his arrogance, He's earned the right to show off and be pandered to, Pogba has done f-ck all and f-ck all for United definitely, It's Ibra and Mata who have galvanised their season.
January 16, 20179 yr Pogba ads on tv, Pogba emoji's, Pog-back, #Pogba and Pogba's cartoon face on advertising boards, it's all so cringe worthy. You can also see in his performances that he is trying too hard. I don't think he is sh*t, but i don't think he is anything special either.
January 16, 20179 yr for what he cost he has been average at best but every time he does do something half decent the media wet them selves !! strange
January 16, 20179 yr What with him, Stones and Guardiola that's 3 massive bullets we thankfully dodged. Credit where credits due to those making the decsions.

From what I remember, the people who ensured those three didn't join us were people at Juve, people at Everton and Guardiola. We were dead keen to make all three deals happen.
January 16, 20179 yr saw an article today in which he said he could have gone to real madrid and barcelona, but decided to return home to utd and how he loves the club. well he could have, but i don't think either of those would have paid that ludicrous amount of money for him. also, he wouldn't have been the no.3 star in either of those teams, let alone no.1 star, so i think there was definitely the marketing appeal involved in his decision to go to utd, sure the agent and his management had a say too. would he have turned them both down if they put in the same amount as utd did? i don't know.
January 16, 20179 yr He's United's poster boy. A walking, dabbing, advertising board. The emoji, the haircut, the TV adverts. It's a joke.

Pogba was probably out of our reach, but given Roman's record, we would have bid higher if Roman was really keen. Pogba is the perfect player on FM, in reality he's still a few issues. Be interesting to see how his ego affects the dressing room, thankfully it's Jose's problem

January 17, 20179 yr Actually think Stones could be an excellent defender for the right team. Unfortunately, he's playing under Pep who places no emphasis on defending.

That's a tad harsh on Pep JM, He does place an emphasis on defending, Just defending from the front and from a point of control, His way of keeping a clean sheet is not allowing the opponent enough of ball to build up any attacks. The problem is with grandads like Aguero and Silva, Toure etc you cannot do that, We only press when Sane, Sterling and Iheanacho are in the line up, Sane's been injured and Aguero guarantees a start over Iheanacho because of his reputation. Without Aguero we have beaten United away and Arsenal at home this year, We are a better side without him now unfortunately. If any Chinese side offered £50m for Aguero i'd drive him to Beijing right now, Silva and Toure can get away with it because they influence the game from a different perspective, Aguero is done, He's cooked, He can score all the goals he wants he isn't the same player of 2/3 years ago and is now hindering us. Our record without him is fantastic, The year you lot last won the league, We went on a 6/7 game winning streak without him, Lampard said in that interview on soccer am, He rocks up for training late and doesn't care about being fined, He has always been lazy, It's just his talent would over compensate for that, Now he is getting older and his talent is declining and Aguero is my favorite City player so there's no bias or unfair criticism here. January 17, 20179 yr Aguero is 28, hardly a granddad are you saying all players need to be below 26?? Also so I think if as a manager you can't adapt your play to the players you have what does that say about You as a manager.... this is why Jose CV is much better then peps, won the CL with inter and Porto, turned is it to the best team, in prem history, far from perfect but compared to Pep who won leagues you Almost win by default with the teams he had

January 17, 20179 yr Love seeing Pep struggle in an actual competitive league. Not so easy when there's a bit of competition for a change...he's not even making a fight of it that's the worrying thing. Wonder how much more £ he will blow on mediocre players?

I'm sorry kladz, Rooney is a result of his lifestyle as much as anything else, the guy doesn't exactly live clean, I don't know how aguero conducts himself of the pitch but I'd be shocked if it wasn't professional
