Conte needs to grow a pair and replace Matic with Fabregas at HT. Give Costa another 15, if he doesn't look bothered, bring in Willian or Michy instead.

Cesc will come on but I hope not too late, Conte always deploys him after the opponent is tired, although I believe Cesc can also affect the game from the get go he's really f**ked teams every time when coming on as a sub

They will try to target Luiz in the next 45, might be a bit of a gamble, but i would have faith in Zouma to come in do the job required.

Our main problem has been up front, very toothless for our commanding league position.

Another gamble worth taking is to get Costa off pretty soon and give Michy a real opportunity to make a difference, he has pace and Burnley will struggle as the match goes on.

Not terrible but we've been guilty of forcing it a bit. Could do with a Fabregas introduction but there's nobody I'd take off just yet.

Referee's doing us no favours, every other counter we've a player mowed down and not a single yellow. Free reign to foul. (And that's without mentioning the human elbow Barnes. How he continually gets away with it is beyond me).

Started off very well. We were finding so much space and was thinking we could be at least 2-0 up by half time. We have got worse as the half as gone on. Pathetic free kick to give away from Matic for the foul but you have to say that was a brilliant free kick from them. We have got to be more accurate and productive with our attacks because Burnley seem to be giving us plenty of space. Also getting sick of the sly little digs at Chelsea from Martin Tyler from nearly every commentary he does on our games.

I guess I'm not the only one that noticed that something is wrong with Costa.

Just think about Batshuayi, how hungry he is, if Conte will put him in the second half his motivation, his morale, everything will be raised in him. If this happens, going to be super substitution by Conte.

Are u kidding me. Costa feeds off what he is fed. what can he do with only Hazard creating and burnley fouling hazard. we need willian and cesc and watch DIEGO COME ALIVE. Matic is a waste of space. he isnt even winning his headers

Matic very poor. I wonder how cesc feels being dropped for this guy week in week out. At best matic is a good defensive midfielder. At worst (which is more often) he's a liability all over the pitch. Fabregas on the other hand, even when at his worst has the capability to play a game changing ball. 

Hope we liven up our performance in the 2nd. We did seem to slack off some after our goal.

It's because he plays for Burnley. If he was playing for a top side, he would never get away with it. You see it all of the time in this country, thug players who play battling teams are allowed to get away with it. It's pisses me off, it's one of the only things i hate about English football. I love the competitive side to it, but that doesn't mean i want to see the top players constantly kicked down. That isn't football and i think it cheapens the league.

I come back from a long winter break, only to discover that it is the end of the world. 9 points ahead, drawing 1-1 with Burnley and all our heroes are rubbish and Conte needs to grow a pair. WTF?

Anyway. great half of football, terrific goal by us and a mighty fime free kick from them. Our second halves are legendary, so i am looking forward to another 45 minutes of watching my briiliant team amanaged by our brilliant manager take care of business. If they don't well hell yeah, lets send the f**kers back to playstation and get some decent ones. KTBFFH ffs!!

i get playing matic in a big game when we could be over run in midfield but not against defensive teams. we have kante for crying out loud and leicester played him with drinkwater not another defensive midfielder. Besides cesc started away to mancity with kante and we won so i dont get all this cesc is a liability bullsh*t. he will start in my team any day of the week over matic unless kante is hurt which thankfully he isnt. Kante can do the job of 2 DEFENSIVE PLAYERS. #FREECESC

I agree with you on Matic, should bring Cesc in right from the beginning of 2nd. As for Costa I think he is too much thinking of scoring himself after being without a goal for a couple of games.
