Saw this on the Chelsea website and was wondering what everyone's choice would be.  It's so close between Hazard vs Arsenal and Matic Vs Spurs for me.  

Hazard in the Arsenal match for me. Brilliant run from midfield.

It's definitely between Hazard vs Arsenal and Matic vs Spurs for me. I went for Matic vs Spurs though simply because I prefer a smasher compared to a skilled goal. I went more mental for the Matic goal aswell.

This vote is premature though, there are still two games left.

I ended up voting for both using different email addresses haha, trying to be fair. I genuinely couldn't pick between them. 

Pedro V Everton for me. Frustrating 0-0 at the time, touch of magic and a fantastic goal that well and truly set us on our way in the title run in.

I thought to myself when I saw the first goal listed...ah, yes, there's been some beauties but I think that truly was the best...

...then I remembered 

That David Luiz free kick was really amazing to me 

A lot of great goals this year 

Eden V Arse for me.

Defo Matic- Imagine the sinking feeling the spuds must have felt when that thunderbolt went in, Like a dagger to the heart

Videos ? or they didn't happen.

I think goal of the season could be broken down into four sub categories.

Best strike goal. (Matic)

Best dribble goal. (Eden v Ars)

Best team goal. (Eden v WHU)

Best headed goal. (Alonso v Ars)

 

And overall i would pick Hazards dribble goal against Ars.

As said before. So many great goals to choose from.

Gone for Pedro at Goodison. Great strike against a team who had won. 6 or 7 home games in a row.

It changed the game and we picked them off after that goal to win 3-0.

Hazard v Arsenal though did think about Matic v Spurs

Has to be Hazard vs Arsenal. That was a Messi-esque run. Big man Coquelin got treated like a rag doll.

Costa v WBA at home, brilliant finish in a game of few chances that was crying out for a moment of brilliance.

Voted for Matic. It was one of those strikes you'll only hit once or twice in your career. No goalkeeper was stopping that.

Hazard v the arse...big game and sent a huge message to everyone else...image of coquelin falling over arse over tit, Arsenal defenders retreating in blind panic, summed up the title race for me...like hazard, chelsea just too good, too strong and can't be stopped 

I went for Hazard vs Arsenal due to the sheer technical brilliance of it. Matic vs Spurs was probably a better goal, but it was a one off strike which did have some luck involved. Hazard's goal typified everything he is about. Sent Coquelin back to France and then twisted and turned his way through the Arsenal muppets, what a goal.

Dave's followed by Luiz for me.  They were gobsmacking.  Matic's, though in a big moment and against Spurs, wasn't even the best goal he's scored for us IMO. 

I prefer long range hits over the others.  Great goals all round though.

To be bloody fair, what a bunch of goals they were, probably the highest quality goals i can remember from us in all my time.

Usually you get a few goals crow-barred in that aren't that special. But all these are special goals in their own ways.

The WHU goal, wow, pure perfect counter attack.

Matic has had loads of grief, but comes up with an absolute stonker just when we needed it.

Costa doing miracles on the right wing.

Kante dropping that shoulder and selling Rojo that dummy.

Pedro with two beautiful goals that could win the GOTS most years.

That free kick from Luiz brilliant, left the keeper looking like a statue.

But surely, surely, nothing will be bettered by that goal against Arse from Eden.
