I will say this in our defence for selling Salah, even if he was here, i doubt he would be anywhere near as effective for us as he is with Liverpool. Liverpool play fast paced, attacking football. We play a slow, defensive game. Liverpool get men beyond the defence or running one on one at a defender, we are often playing against completely packed defences where we need inch perfect passes to create anything.

Yep absolutely, just look at the Morata thread and see how many people want him sold after one season of football. 

A lot of them are also in favour of selling Batshuayi, another guy who looks like a bright talent but has never really gotten his chance.

Hazard's first season he was much more adventurous and Messi/Neymar type. He's been playing for defensive managers since. Just wait till we get an attacking manager or he goes to a team that has one, I think he will improve his attack a lot more

Roma are absolutely awful at defending. You wouldn't see these tactics in the conference league.

He has been given a lot of freedom under Conte though and still constantly looks for the pass rather than the shot. He overplays his hand too much and completely lacks the composure to go on and score in many different scenarios. 

I'm not saying Hazard is sh*t, very far from it, he's an amazing player, but for a player with the ability he has he could be better. We've seen what Hazard is capable of, the ball is glued to his feet, yet when he's in the oppositions box he just won't do the simple task of shooting and going for a goal. He really lacks that selfishness to go on and improve his game, if he had a hunger for goals I think he would take his game to the next level. You can tell a player like Salah not only wants to win games he wants to be the top scorer, he wants to score every game, so he'll be selfish to do that.

But I know what you mean, maybe under an attacking manager we can see a different Hazard, we've seen plenty of times where we go 1-0 up Conte changes the tactics.
