Pre season fair enough.

 

I have always maintaind that conceding a man in midfield to the better teams is suicide. We drop into a back 5 (up against 2/3 players) and good teams have players pulling off our two CMs to control the game. We are always half a yard behind because we dont know who to pick up.

agree, but it's an overreaction. fitness levels are legit and for good reason. bayern got beat by ac milan 4-0, it means absolutely nothing. as much as we looked good against arsenal, this was our first "test" of pre-season against a much better team than arsenal. this just allows conte to make change to tactics and switch up formation if needs be. 

Not looking great, but the game means nothing. This is 2015esque. Very open defending.

Shame for Christensen to have to be at the heart of an exposed defence.

343 is good against PL sides but we need better midfield control against Europeans. A decent team playing 433 will kill us.
