Nothing he ca do today can change the fact that he was not impressive at Euro 2016. What's done is done.
Has he shown world class potential today? Only if you are determined to see what you want to see in my opinion. What has he done so far today that moral footballers could not also have done? He is doing relatively ordinary things and here you are ready to praise him to the max.

Caught out on the fast break again.  They basically had two free players on their right hand side during that counter.

Fabregas really has some work left to do before the season starts. It looks like he's playing with an injury. So incredibly slow.

Well you can't show world class potential in one game, you have it or you don't, you could have a crap season ond still have world class "potential" but I still think he would be a good signing for us. More than capable back up and at 19 will develop into a top player...hopefully
