This is a negotiation dude, you don´t just offer whatever the other club is asking straight away. Anyway, i am pretty confident that this will happen

Loan-to-buy would seem to mitigate our risk, in case he is slowed by his injury.

Usually players come back fine after ACL injuries, it's not like a muscle strain.

I remember him a little from last season's Europa League, thought he was outstanding. Rest assured we'll never get another chance to acquire such a player for £22m.

For that reason I doubt it'll happen, smart transfers are not Premier League policy.

Tried to buy this guy on football manager 2018 the other day. Seeing as Baba looks likely to go out on loan we need to bring someone in, good thing about this guy is he looks quick and can beat a guy one vs one and everyone is full of praise for him.

If he's good then sign him I'd say but if the guy can cross with his right as well, I'd be tempted to put him on the right and put Moses as backup LB

Perfect signing if we can pull it off. Think he is very under rated.

If we landed both Palmieri and Dzeko it would start to look like a solid period.  A deadline day signing of Mahrez would really tip it over the edge into an amazing one!

When I saw this title for the first time, I thought this is the resort Marina and the rest of the board are having such a great vacation, because they are clearly not doing anything right now. So basically you dont even know who Emerson is, but you are already complaining and claiming that Marina is not doing anything when you dont even know anything about the guy  FYI Emerson was the second best left back in Serie A last season, ahead of players like Ghoulam, and was arguably on par with Alex Sandro last season. Plus he is only 23 years old and would not be cup tied, so he would be an excelent signing

So who exactly do you want us to sign?  It’s pretty apparent that the Sandro deal is very unlikely.  There’s no other LB available that you wouldn’t consider mediocre, so who else are we supposed to get?  The price is good and the player is promising.
