The diving header by ossie from cookes pass in my opinion is one of the most dramatic tearjerking goals i have ever seen in my life.......P.S....I too dont believe we ll beat united with the sort of upfront players we have compared to theirs.........LISTEN im always wrong so had to say this  now.....

 

First of all, the Ossie header was right in front of me and mates at OT - we went absolutely bonkers. But, actually reminded me that cup finals are normally won by big players with big hearts that deliver on the big occasion - Lamps/Drogs etc................so who do we have that we could class in that category (of 'big' player) - My list is short but sweet;

Giroud - yes he is a bit one dimensional, but each game he has worked his nuts off and delivered more than once

Alonso - top class player is Marco, and a character - he can get big goals too

Fabregas - he knows what this is about and has the class and composure to do that one little bit of magic

Sadly IMV, the list doesn't include Eden, or Willian.................which it obviously should but other than Spurs sf last season they haven't done it

We score first we will it, and I think we will - Conteh to pull a fast one and select RLC on the bench!

The bookies are favouring Utd but only very slightly. They know our players will be up for this, one last chance to stop this season being a complete write-off.

Fully understand your perspective but that's what makes it even more annoying. We beat them when we were at our best this season. Remember last year's final when we were riding high after winning the league and still lost to a sorry Arsenal team because Conte for some reason just doesn't know how to play against Wenger (the only Chelsea manager in the Roman era to fail at this, mind you). 

I'm afraid all things considered at this point, I just have no confidence in Conte beating Mourinho in a final. I'll be genuinely shocked (and pleased obviously) if we win.

I hope we win but the way our season has gone and Conte team picking not so sure. Conte should have been sacked after the Newcastle. just hope we make a game of it come on Chelsea 2 0???
