Really shocking that yesterday and with recent incidents in Scotland this is getting out of hand.

That said, it did remind me somewhat of that night at The Bridge against Sunderland back in 85/86 when the Chelsea fan ran on and chased Clive Walker. I was in the Shed that night and along with thousands of others were cheering the guy on and it was like a scene out of the Benny Hill show. Looking back I'm now embarrassed that we were cheering, but it did seem funny at the time, especially as the bloke was too slow to catch Walker and we were all so gutted as we thought after the classic Sheff Wed games we were destined fro Wembley that season. But of course it was wrong then and it's wrong now and they'll be a fair number of supporters  feeling rather sheepish today for cheering that guy on.

Thats the trouble with the Tribalistic parts of being a fan, for a split second all the Brummie fans who cheered, thought yes someone Twatted Grealish, without thinking of the repercussions or consequences of a cowardly and unprovoked attack.

I see that most are discussing the Birmingham incident (that guy should be banned for life and get some kind of conviction for assault), but little has been discussed about the Arsenal incident. They mention dropping points, playing games with no fans, and so on, but all concerning Birmingham. How's the FA going to treat the Arsenal, are they going to close their ground for some matches, take points from them, fine them?

It's been pretty much brushed under the carpet by the media, as expected.

This sacking of Darren Moore at WBA seems to have lit a fire under the PC brigade.

For the record the sacking was harsh - just as many sackings have been harsh over the years. But for folk to claim he wouldn't have been sacked if he was white and he was sacked "because he's black", it's quite unbelievable and makes me angry. Those sort of claims will do little for the chances of future managers who may just happen to be black, as clubs will be concerned about the consequences if ever they have to terminate.

Worlds gone mad.

The sacking was really harsh, but West Brom should not be in the playoffs, they've still managed to keep a lot of Premier League level players.

I can actually see the reason for sacking him even if it is harsh. As for him being black, well that's inevitable Nibs, how else do you think Journalists get paid? The likes of Collymore will be having a w**k over this new piece of news.

If the people in charge of sacking him were so racist, then they wouldn't have hired him in the first place.

Anybody that shouts racism without anything to back themselves up lose all credibility in my opinion.

This kind of sh*t needs to stop. The Chelsea fan who was accused of being racist to Raheem Sterling had his whole life turned upside down and it's been brushed under the carpet. He hasn't been found guilty of shouting racist abuse at Sterling and the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Ian Wright, two of the people that bought this into the public's attention and were shouting definite racism haven't even said sorry for getting it wrong.

If you are going to call somebody racist, then at least have facts to back it up. I have lost count the amount of times the likes of Ferdinand, Collymore, Ince, Wright and a few others have shouted racism without any actual proof of racism. They always get away with it too, the media never call them out on it. Probably because they are afraid of being labelled racist themselves.

It's alright for these people, they can go back to their million pound homes and get on with their lives, but the people they accuse of being racist have their lives completely ruined. It's disgusting.

Watching Juventus vs Atletico.

Juventus put a cross in and there was four of their players in the box. This with less than 15 minutes on the clock.

Why don’t we commit players into the opposition box like that? All our attackers bar the centre forward loiter outside the area.

Indeed. And meanwhile City continue to demonstrate that they're on a whole different plain to us and the rest of England. A quadruple looks more likely than not for them.

Wrote here after the first game a long time ago that nobody should ever count off Ronaldo, 2 headers 2 goals and game on...
