Good team, wasn’t expecting it to be that strong. If we can get a good early lead we can rotate 5 players for a rest anyway.

Hm, I would have preferred a bit of rotation with a few of them, Werner and Havertz especially. Manchester, Russia and Burnley in a week is going to take it out of them. The whole point in having big squads is to give us an advantage in this kind of situation.

Strong lineup, I though Werner could have some rest but I also have to agree that he needs to feel the goal.

Ziyech is starting for the first time, can't wait to see his magics around. Hudson Odoi getting his chance.

I like to see CHO start, and Ziyech.  I also like Timo through the middle as he's been good there.

Really? Did people really think Cech was actually going to be playing any games this season? Cech is there for the worst possible outcome only. I'm not expecting him to feature in any game this season, not even on the bench.

It was tongue in cheek but it would have been funny / nostalgic to see him on the bench again.

You'd hope not but it's important for us to get some points on the board so I can see why Lampard has gone with a relatively strong starting XI. 

Werner could probably do with a goal for confidence as he's found goals a bit hard to come by in the league so far. 

We can make 5 changes from the bench tonight so were we to build a decent lead you might see the likes of Werner and Havertz come off after about 60 minutes. 

Russian team is weaker team in our group and all groups in champions league this the season .
