It's amazing how watching such a badly officiated match can leave a massive sour taste in the mouth, even if you dont support either team.

That VAR decision is shocking, when you think of the 2 that went against us v Brighton it shows how farcical it still is.

There was a Palace move in that 2nd half down the left hand side which was marginal offside, if it was even offside.

Instead of letting it go like they are meant to for marginal decisions the linesman put his flag up straight away killing any possibility of that move stone dead.

Nobody will remember it because the ref blew up, yet you will see someone yards offside allowed to play on then the flag will go up.

The officials helped out Liverpool big time today but nothing will be said or done because most of the media is pro Liverpool.

It looked clearly onside to me. As you say, they are not supposed to flag in such circumstances and are meant to leave marginal decisions to VAR.

I don;t think that Liverpool should have got the penalty looks to me like Jota changes direction and bounces into the keeper.

Isn't Glenn Hoddle available from the list of former Chelsea managers? He probably feels a bigger loyalty to Spurs anyway

Not sure if posted before but a poll by Four Four Two Magazine on the top 100 stadiums in the U.K. Stamford Bridge was voted 13th. An excellent choice at number one. I won't argue with the stadium voted number one.

In other news, looks like some Spurs fans are filling their spare time with "Levy Out" stuff - I guess they realised the shiny toilet seat NFL stadium won't win them any trophies. Trouble is, if they get themselves into bed with some dodgy oil state owners, then they won't be able to attempt to take the moral high ground and moan about how we're not "run like a proper football club" and we "buy our success" any more (ignoring that I believe they spent a club record fee on Lo Celso, so clearly if we're buying success, they've been buying failure).

Watford are a joke of a club. I thought we were bad with managerial changes but what is it with them? Now replacing a 70 year old with a 74 year old!

Admittedly, Hodgson has a bit more about him than Ranieri. Poor old Claudio got lucky one season with Leicester but has been bang average other than that, so it was only heading one way. Hopefully Watford are heading back where they belong, never to return. Another job Lamps did well to steer clear of.
