Sarr and I can’t think of a joke vote for them Women because they’re all actually quite good.

You better be voting for Mase, where is your hometown pride!

Thiago Silva for me, no other player in the team has been anywhere near as consistent.

Rudiger has been superb all season, too.

I agree, but I think Thiago Silva has been on another level. Just how easy he makes defending look at times is something I haven't seen since Terry. His calmness on the ball when playing out of the back is something I can't remember any defender having at the club.

Yes, he is an absolute diamond. Love watching him play.

Cheers for the link.

Vote cast for Thiago Silva as he has been by far the most consistent player in the men's side (and you could say the only consistent player)

For the ladies, love Guro Reiten so much that she became my new avatar pic yesterday LOL. Hence she gets my vote ... super little player :-)

Not sure I agree with this 'Silva was more consistent' argument.

Rudiger has played far more games than him this season and rarely put anything lower than a 7/10 performance. If we want to talk about the capitulation after the international break than Silva belongs in that argument for being equally as disasterous.

Not sure if Rudiger wanting to leave has anything to do with it but Rudiger has genuinely been our most consistent performer.

Voted for Kovacic and Cuthbert. Just seen Erin on BT Sport. She was talking about tomorrow night's Europa League Final and was wearing a Rangers shirt. That's worth loads of votes. Cracking goal she scored on Sunday. As for Kovacic, we miss his drive when he's not in the team.

Mount for me.. amazing output again this season.. the drop in quality when he is not on the pitch is hard to ignore.

Silva - as composed as they come despite whatever is going on around him, he makes defending look easy.

Reiten - nearly went for Kerr but this girl has a wand of a left foot and her improvement this season has been amazing, she regularly impacts games.
