So why not try it out and see how it works out, we're not winning the league anyway... Otherwise whoever you put as the DM, another player needs to be there as an option or backup to recover some balls. When Matic was our anchor Fabregas had the freedom to pass the ball around and now you see Tchouameni doing the Casemiro role for Real Madrid while there is always Kroos/Ceballos as an extra option if needed. Mount can be our option for whoever gets to be the DM. In the end of the day Sarri used Jorginho in 37/38 matches in a 4-3-3, we played with Rudiger and D.Luiz as our CBs and still conceded only 39 goals so it all depends how we play, after all if Mount and Gallagher can potentially score let's say, 10 goals each would it matter if we concede a few more goals in the process? Otherwise in a 4-3-3 I don't even know who would be our right-winger though, Ziyech getting a second/third chance or Havertz? Are we the only top team without a real RW? Sterling

October 3, 20223 yr We could really do with a win on Wednesday, and a decent result in Milan to follow that up. While we are currently bottom of the group, we are still in contention. But these next 2 games will be vital.

Sterling - Borja - Mount Havertz - Kova Jorgi Cucu - 2cb - James Let's take this, offensively I can make this into Borja Sterling - Havertz - Mount - James Cucu - Jorgi - Kova 2cb There are so many combinations, it depend on what you want.

October 4, 20223 yr We need a win here. I feel if we keep the pace of the play up we can win it. They present us with two danger-elements with Leao on counter and corners in general.

October 4, 20223 yr Must-win game. Can we stick to our habit of showing up against the big teams post-Tuchel? Let's see.

If were to progress, sure it's a 'must win game', but in the bigger picture over a season this is far from a must win game. The must win games are usually not know until after the fact, unless were in the last few months of the season when things become clearer. If we finish 2 points behind Spuds, then the 'must win game' was the 2-2 draw when VAR robbed us of 2 points and gave Spuds a point (3 point swing), which could mean were not in the CL next season.
October 4, 20223 yr We need to get past the group stage. If we don't then just give up on Europe altogether and focus everything on the league.

Yeah I feel our CL campaign will end in the group. Losing to the bottom ranked team then drawing at home to Salzburg has been damaging. Milan are a very good side now, and we are not. Am expecting a draw and a defeat from the 2 games against them.
October 4, 20223 yr Would like to see a physical side picked Kepa Fofana Silva Koulibaly James Zakaria/Kovacic Jorginho Gallagher Cucurella Aubameyang Broja
