Brighton v Chelsea (PL) Sat 29th Oct 2022 15:00 GMT

Bunch of knee-jerk hyperbole here as usual.

Fact of the matter is this result is incredibly flattering for Brighton. Stupid own goals and us missing huge chances are the sole reason this game is at 3-0.

Though I would agree Potter’s tactics have been questionable in several games. I really don’t think Broja/Chuk for Havertz/RLC would have mattered at all here. What bothers me the most is Chilwell benched while playing Sterling as LWB. Baffling.

Agreed. Then we need Broja up front to actually make an effort at that goal scoring bit of the game.

Broja is over rated on here.  He has a lot of energy but there is a reason he only has 1 chelsea goal.

I like his press and energy but I can't see him ever being a consistent goal scorer.

these american commentators

"potter has had enough of Kepa"

he was clearly injured

Wasn't aware.  Makes more sense now.

My commentators saying Kepa off because he was poor and Potter had enough of him! Lol

How do they get a job like that when they have no clue what they are talkimg about.

Promising player but 4-5 years minimum away from being a top level striker

What do you expect him to do? It takes time. You know the team we are playing today is due to the groundwork that Potter built at Brighton. Brighton play well now because of Potter and the signings that were made under his tenure. People acting like Potter is some subpar coach. He's come to a new club with a bunch of players he never signed, trying to make it work. Let's not act like more successful managers have not suffered equally or worse results at Chelsea against lesser sides.

I expect him to play LBs at LB and wingers as wingers. Playing Pulisic and Sterling as 2 WBs both pushing up with Cucurella as the 3rd CB with Thiago playing more as a faux DM has f*cked us

The structure and organisation we had under Tuchel is slowly being eroded the longer Potter has been here

I wasn't wanting Tuchel sacked but let's be honest the tight defense of his early spell was long gone well before he left.

Brighton have been on a winless streak and couldn’t even break past relegation crisis club Forest. What is wrong with this football club.

Harsh on Kepa that unless he wants Mendy to suffer too.

was watching the Petr Cech Oxford Union interview

he said a 3-0/4-0 lead is the worst lead to have

the guy who asked the question mentioned the Bolton game where we were 4-0 up and ended winning 4-3
