Potter said that we "played decent" .

There’s no press. There’s no patterns. No threat. No leadership. No quality. No intent. No belief. No character. No style. No tactics. No strategy. . . .but IF we ignore that, concentrate on the fact that we had 59% of the possession, then, yes we were "decent"

I will never support the notion that it's better to see us lose if it forces a change of personnel within the management or team.

We've all seen tough times over the years, and this is surely a massive test for the club and us as supporters.

Change of owner, manager, also people like Petr Cech and Marina leaving are so de-stabilising, but it is now more than ever we need to have a bit of backbone amongst ourselves and f**king support the entire playing team and backroom staff.

I'm not suggesting that Potter is the right man, current form (a few months in fairness) suggests he is maybe in above his head. Nor am I suggesting all the players are right for our team, there are a few I've not felt are right for this league.

But we have to stick together, because unless Boehly changes his mind Potter is here for a while.

Back Potter to do what? The man changes his starting XI every game and then he changes his tactics every game.

He is clueless.

Like all the Potter fan boys say short term pain for long term gain. Don't see the issues it's just perspective.

He doesn't care, he wins even if sacked.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all, what I'm saying is I believe we should support everything about the club as much as we can in the interim.

But talk is cheap and the old cliche of a week is long time in football is a true one.

All very well the owners saying they are backing Potter and see this as a long-term project. But in two weeks we have seen dreadfull performances, two defeats and zero goals. If Leeds it becomes three weeks, three defeats and zero goals, then we crash out of CL then we lose to Leicester, you honestly think they are still going to back him?

What did today Lukaku? Oh, NOTHING.

Inter Fans are already pissed off from him

So what did Havertz do today? What has he done all season? Score at a goal every 4 games which is probably worse than any centre forward in our history.

Seriously stop blaming players, are some good enough who knows we have a terrible manager.

It's because we are supporting this club that we have to face reality that Potter isn't it.

If your sibling is doing hardcore drugs and is spiraling downwards in life, you don't support him. You get him to rehab or worse, send him to jail.

If this slides further, any investments made for the team is going down the drain.

You have to be an absolute WUM to blame this on players alone.

No argument, you lost. Might as well go with Potter, you seem to be the only person that still thinks he's amazing...

Why do we hate Tottenham Gol? Com'on it's not hard. At least try to learn about some of our important history, our rivalries, our sense of identity. Google it. Not hard to do. If you don't know our past how can you understand who we are? What the club represents to the real supporters?

Mate, you know that he could google that, right? 😜

*edit* On a more serious note; some fans prefer the short sting of losing if it makes the structure of their teams improve mid to long term. I find it baffling too, such thing was unheard of when I was growing up. But they are real fans, I personally know a few such people. I blame social media.

Havertz wasn't signed as a goal scoring centre forward though.

I don't know we keep playing him in that role, it's pointless

Nibs all of what you're saying is true, all I'm trying to get across fairly poorly by all accounts is we need to support the club through this shocking period.

I've never said Potter was the answer (allegedly I'm a possible fan boy !) in actual fact I've never felt he was right for us, clearly it's getting to a cliff edge now for him I'd say.

Losing today is a kick in the sweeneys on top of many kicks.
