He kicked Dumfries in his follow through. Never a clear and obvious error.

FA have decided to give my club a £150 fine for 'failing to control our supporters' pmsl even though he was the victim and its Sunday league ffs how are we supposed to control anyone

We played a team over Clapham Common once who everyone knew had a reputation for violence. Before the game a couple of our lot had coshes in their kit bags... And lemon jiffy's filled with ammonia and were letting the other lot know about it. Nothing happened during the game, but one of them attacked the ref afterwards. I think the story was they were a North London mob who had been banned from every where over that side. They were the only all black team around at that time .

I played in a final at the Dog Kennel Hill stadium years and years ago, I think the casuals shared it with Dulwich Hamlet ? But I never envied Sunday morning refs, gotta admire anyone who took it on back then in the 70s.

They'll either destroy us or it will be a boring-ish draw till one team scores and the other huffs and puffs to equalise. Hahaha. Tbh, I'm more fed up of the insane amount of Southgate love articles...even when he's not the subject of the article they will somehow get him into it. In the few days there's been no football he's somehow went from a nervous tactically inept but great man manager to the messiah that will deliver and return what is rightfully ours as we own football! July 14, 20242 yr This one from a few days ago has at least more than just a sentence or two by palmer. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cjerlqzvx73o I hope he comes on in the final and does something amazing. The kid deserves it.

Yes I believe they did ground share with Dulwich Hamlet. My season we ground shared with Molesey, the year before they played on the pitch inside the running track at Wimbledon Park. Our team were distinctly not traditional Corinthian. The team were pretty much all builders, roofers, dodgy types. We played the annual friendly against Cambridge University- smashed then 7-0 and kicked lumps out of them. The post match dinner was in the main hall of Trinity College. Very grand setting, a bit of a pompous occasion- little Wrighty having eaten his food proceeded to walk to the main table bowl in hand “ Please Sir. Can I have some more” Our manager Colin “ Humpy” Humfries ” Pack in in. Your f**king out of order “ What a riot…Humpy was just as bad. He hated The London Fire Brigade team. Urinated in their kit bag once. Oddly enough I had to do a bit of community service, which involved doing bits for Casuals- painting, weeding etc at their new ground at Tolworth many years later. The club was pretty much run by two retired twin brother accountants- fanatics as you quite often get at lower league football who devote their life to running the bar, doing maintenance etc. A pointed myself out in a team photo in the clubhouse, and made my penance a doddle. Funnily enough in 66 they bought some sort Wembley mini ticket and watched all the games including the final. Hope they’re still around to enjoy today
July 14, 20242 yr A mate of mine is working in Madrid for a few days. He sent me a message yesterday to say he might hide tonight!

July 14, 20242 yr It's been haunting me for weeks: what exactly is the point of those quick close ribbons on England's jackets? Do the players keep their diamond ear studs in their breast pocket? Or a chocolate bar? A letter from their mum?
