Essien's header was class, as was his assist for Tiago. Zola's chipped ball over the top was nice too.

Terry scoring dead on 26 minutes was too perfect.

Can’t help but get a little teary seeing the old guard back together. Breath of fresh air vs the usual bollocks we get from the current team.

Yeah that is the most enjoyment I have had watching a Chelsea men's side for a couple of years.

Very grateful to have had those amazing players represent us, and come back to us for a good cause.

 

 

Would love to see our current players play a pass like Essien's and to see somebody anticipate it like Tiago again. Take risks, have some fun, stop playing like robots.

They should have asked Hazard to play..........probably would have been a bit unfair though. The score was 4-0, with Hazard it would be 10 😆

No word of a lie that back line could probably keep a clean sheet against our current lot. 

I thought Tiago was superb in our 04/05 Champion side and was gutted when it proved to be his only season with us. Lovely to see him back and scoring such a great goal. Wonderful pass over the top from Essien, but the run and finish were similarly superb !
