When he played at Palace, they were a counter attacking team. They were very direct. Everything was about getting the ball quickly to Zaha. We don't play direct though, we are all about building from the back. Gallagher has no hope as an attacking midfielder with that kind of setup.

True. That has been a problem with our team for many years now. The amount of times we have the ball in promising positions and end up going all the way back to the keeper....

Who really cares? Same old Chelsea week-in, week-out. Nothing to get upset about. Just accept it. There's nothing we can do, anyway.

I'm immune to it .

If a defeat knocked us off the top of the league I'd be upset, otherwise, it's the same old same old

We can buy all the forwards we want, no striker can live with the sh*t we are serving up match after match. Apparently if you don’t shoot you don’t score. We have all this possession but don’t attack the opposition goal. This shows we’ve had twice as much possession but the shots are near the same.
This sh*t is on Poch, all this lazy f**king about the back and midfield.
Check any other top team with this possession and they have 2/3 times more shots.
BTW Colewill is not or never will be a full back.

Surprised they don't have shots for nearest the corner flag, nearest row ZZZ, nearest the post...we'd probably be leading the league.   If you have 13 shots at goal and only 2 are in an area 24ft x 8 ft then there's a real problem.   If this was an NHL size goal I'd understand it.

Well win or lose each week, we are mired in mediocrity and in mid-table due to our consistent inconsistency.

Gallagher shouldn't be going anywhere. Not sure why some hate him so much. Been our POS so far.

I wouldn’t sell him but not a starter for me if we are a serious club. He would be brilliant in a counter attacking setup where  he is arriving late into the box, in a team controlling possession he looks off.

Lucky you. It still ruins my day and the next and I’m f**king sick of it.

One of the worst things Pochettino has done since he arrived is how he sets us up defensively.

We know how bad we are from crosses into the back post, but has anybody noticed how easy it is for teams to switch the ball from one side of the pitch to the other? I have been saying all season how narrow our fullbacks are and Pochettino has done nothing to change it. Our fullbacks are more like left and right sided CB's at times. We are constantly open to wingers running into our box or putting a cross in.

Up until their goal I was starting to believe. But it’s the same game story unfolding once again. Absorb pressure well start attacking football score continue miss miss miss.  Cede control and bottle it right at the worst possible moment on the stroke of the half.
Theres 2 team talks ongoing right now. I got a sad feeling I think I may know whose will make the difference.

I can only base my perception on Poch's pre-match or post-match interviews and Q&A sessions, but I have never seen Poch expressing his thought in a clear logical comprehensive way that would leave you with a complete and unambiguous understanding of the message. Good luck to the boys to grasp his team talk points.

Injuries are really f**king us. It's not just one or two players, but continuous injuries to different players and long term too.

OHHHHH stop playing same old crap

To be completely fair we did nothing before and won trophies.

That is because we have no player with the ability to play an accurate long ball in the middle of the park, and when Enzo is fit Poch for whatever crazy reason plays him ahead of Gallagher in the hole.

This is true as well.
