April 27, 20242 yr Why do people keep defending Mudryk? We signed a player who scored 9 goals in the Ukrainian league over 2 years. Doesnt matter where you play him, its no excuse for his awful first touch (the worst in the PL), how he loses the ball every single time either by running straight into the opposition or a pass straight to the opposition, and shots that end up in row Z or hit the corner flag. I think he’s possibly technically the worst player we’ve ever had, worse than Bakayoko. The only thing that saves him from time to time is his pace, but then he should be in the olympics not on a football pitch.

But now I realise that I was being harsh on Gronks.
April 27, 20242 yr The difference between Villa's defending and ours is simply that they are well drilled, organised and work as a unit. We're none of those things.

April 27, 20242 yr I don't understand pochettino at all. Like it ungorrtunately seems we have to stand him next season so why not give a chance to some young players (like Casadei) and replace players like Mudryk and Madueke who seem not interested in playing for Chelsea.

Crazy I know but I believe Arteta would have him playing well in an Arsenal shirt. Edited April 27, 20242 yr by DarkMata

The Spanish poodle is running all over the pitch like a dog being thrown a ball...does he have any idea WTF he is doing?

One of the few things Poch has got right this season is not picking Mudryk often. He is not equipped for this level of football. Never will be

Yep I thought it was strange when we hijacked him as he seemed to play like an Arsenal player surely an own goal. Also I would like to see Casadei get a chance especially as Villa will know virtually nothing about him,

These players aren’t sh*t. They’re just young and so they need to learn and then the quality of the teacher matters.
April 27, 20242 yr Same as the first half...Villa letting us have the ball because we are going to do nothing with it and then nick it off us or a loose pass and they'll likely score.

We’ve got Axel Disasi in this team and you’re really trying to tell me Mudryk’s got the worst touch in the league? Hyperbolic nonsense.

Bang on. You can have an average team but if you get them working as a unit they’ll be solid. We currently have a squad of young individual players who think they’re better than they are and a manager that they don’t respect. It’s a recipe for disaster.

Basically Jorginho rules then? This is f**king hilarious: Mudryk as ersatz left-back while Cucurella stays in midfield like he's Zinchenko. God bless him he tries.
