But it's not about the players though Sconnie, it's the job. It's not like it's the first time he has done a deep double pivot job. I am not sure whether he is brainless and is now leaving Caicedo exposed or if this has come from our numpty manager.

His Spurs teams had an excellent defensive record .. four seasons in a row conceding 35, 26, 36 and 39 goals in the 38 games, 

They were also very good in the second half of games LOL

Mydryk plays well centrally - poch puts him left wing.

Palmer plays outstanding right side, terrible centrally - poch plays him centrally.

Just taking the absolute piss now.

Not as incompetent as the arsenal game, but could still end 5-0 as villa look like scoring every time they go forward.

So poor defensively. Mudryk and Madueke dont do anywhere near enough in either box. 

Jackson missed a guilt edge chance again.

Every single of our attack was non existent, apart from the rare ball from Caicedo and Cucurella cross.

Every time Villa attacked we looked completely open. It’s not a great performance.

what can you say? this group of players has not improved as a team since last August. Our defence is pitiful. Our attack is impotent. We're lucky not to be amongst the relegation candidates and if nothing changes, we might well be relegation candidates next year. 

The Chelsea Supporters Trust has written to Boehly saying the fans' view of the club could become irreversibly toxic - I think that's fair. Given all the resources invested and the ambition of Chelsea FC since the 1990s, they cannot serve up this cr*p and expect people to stay silent.

There are any number of transfers for several of our first-team squad which surely involved multiple people at DOF or senior management level which should result in immediate sackings for all of the latter involved. Gallagher, Caicedo, Chalobah, Jackson are all proper players who will bleed before they stop trying and they're being completely let down by pretenders authorised at huge cost by the charlatans at the top level.

There’s only one team on that pitch tonight.

Villa couldve scored another 2. We have had loads of the ball, created 2 excellent chances, 1 offside, but we give up way too many chances. 2 nil harsh, but if you defend as we do, you get what you deserve.

Football has changed a lot since 7-8 years ago, tactics evolve, Poch hasn't.

Looking forward to a lethargic, garbage start to the 2nd half after poch's trance inducing half time chat, followed by an early villa goal, then the useless f**ker eventually making subs 20 minutes too late.

I have turned off, partly due to the time (now midnight here in Abu Dhabi), but also because watching this team saps me of any desire to stay up and put myself through the torture.

If I have to see another 5 yard SIlva pass to Baddy, who then twists around, looks forward, before checking back and passing it 5 yrds back to silva - I think I will destroy my new TV by throwing something at it.

Just an awful team, with apparent attacking ideas or system.

Other frustrations include:

- Jackson with another criminal miss (the header)

- Mudryk making at least 15 runs forward, little darts into the box crying out for the ball to be played in, only for caicedo, connor, baddy or cucu to simply recycle it between themselves before going backwards.

- villa going through us like a hot knife through butter anytime they wish.

f**k em all - including this team and manager.

Personally I think Jackson is having a decent game and being expected to do a lot with little or no support, unlucky to get that goal ruled out as well but glad to see he hasn't shrunk so far.  As for Mudryk......no words.

I'm expecting a much better second half.

I would put palmer in his natural position play mudryk cam and Jackson on the lw n throw somebody up top but poch players palmer in cam where he is ineffective n keeps on madueke who was laughing after man city wheres the discipline
