Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*

Featured Replies

I don't see how having a manager producing this boring, dull and dreary style of football can be doing anything to attract sponsors or build the value of the brand or football club. Probably the opposite in fact ...

So surely BlueCo are going to have to act soon before this bloke does lasting damage to their objectives ?

Speaking of sponsors, remember when a front of shirt sponsor was imminent? That was nearly a month ago.

HERE WE GO

Speaking after the game, Maresca wasn’t entirely disappointed with his side’s performance but admitted that they lacked the quality to put the Cherries to the sword.

“I think we tried to win the game, We had some chances. I said many times it’s important not to lose when you don’t win.

“We missed a bit of quality in the last third, but we need to go again on Tuesday.”

He doesn’t even know

And the fact I am miserable between 4am and midday then again from 3 till 5

In my life why do I give valuable time

To people who don’t care if I live or die

Quite

Perhaps we should all just stick a bunch of flowers up our arses and accept being miserable until BlueCo f**k off ! And probably after they've f**ked off as well LOL

I don’t see how we get many points from the next 3 league games - Everton (h), Newcastle (a) and Villa (h).

This feels like last season. We had that amazing win at Spurs and then went into an awful run. I think we’ve peaked. Maresca has shown that he either can’t manage 2 big competitions.

I thought that week vs Burnley, Barca and Arsenal was crucial but we’ve got 1/9 points since the Burnley win. It’s allowed everyone else to catch up with us.

Plus the teams we are playing next in the league, are all in form. I sense a tough few weeks.

He isn’t cutting it, simple as. The lack of intensity and effort makes it so easy for anyone we play.

I’m exhausted by Maresca. Collectively, we haven't really improved one bit under his tenure. There’s been some good moments, but the average Chelsea game is poor.

He can’t seriously look at that Bournemouth game and be satisfied. We didn’t have a shot on target until after 40 mins.

Same crap against Brentford, United, Leeds, Brighton, Sunderland and Palace.

Really am over it

Don't forget we've got a European game as well , so he'll have to rest, rotate, and apologise for having players who aren't good enough , and single out a player as an example.

😂

I wouldn't be so frustrated at us dropping points, and not winning anything , if I was watching a team playing attacking, energetic, quick football, with passion and desire. And actually we know that we are capable of it too..

Someone insists that we shouldn't play like that. Leicester fans were right about him

I did say we had played the easier teams and royally messed it up against Brentford, United, Brighton and Sunderland.

Leeds is always a hard fought match because of our history together.

Everton Are mostly always unpleasant to face.

Bournemouth have been a bit of a bogey side for us.

Then the matter Villa, Newcastle and City, all very good teams looking to secure at least top 5.

And to make it worse we are the most boring team to watch.

I usually look at FBRef for that (Opta data) but that always lags behind the latest game a bit.

Understat's xG version had it 1.42 for Bournemouth vs 0.67 for us.

And Sofascore had it as 1.37 to 0.88

I'm shocked that they managed to get it that high, should be 0.01 (and I'm still being kind) 😐
