That Tottenham player looked way more offside than Maguire was for United.

Spurs are just like us out of possession.  So half arsed, they just try to occupy space in the hope the opposition misplace a pass to them. Its so sh*t, just like we are. Villa aren't playing that well but at least they commit to a press, they tackle the ball, they track runners. Itsnit rocket science.  Isn't this the basics of football.

So City get a nice home draw against Plymouth, we probably would have gone out in the next round anyway away to Newcastle,Bournemouth might be worth a punt

FA cup does looks very winnable with the teams remain. I mean anyone could have a field day against the 2 Machester teams, and Newcastle has their sights on the other cup. Oh well, unfortunately we were out too.🤔

It's fine. A medical term. Relapse, recurrence are interchangeable.

Depressing watching this Real Madrid team. I know they are not on top form but we are so far below them in quality, it’s embarrassing. 

Looks like City aren’t as dead and buried as many make out. Still have a lot of good players and clearly have some of that thing they call ‘fight’. They look more than capable of knocking Real out to me.

I'm sure you're both right. I suppose when I hear the word 'relapse' I think of drug addiction/alcoholism. That said, upon reflection, it's appropriate terminology as they are both medical disorders.

That's how Real lure you in; everyone looks capable of beating them, spend the majority of the tie beating them, then suddenly find that they haven't beaten them.
