Buy - Central Defender upgrade.

Chukwuemeka, not sure if we move on from Nkunku and Madueke, there would be room for him, but still would sell with a nice offer.

Madueke, will be obsolete this summer with our two young south americans, he doesn't play well with Jackson, and most important in my eyes for this season, he clogs a spot only being servicable as a RW. I would like to see more of mixing palmer between 10 and RW to give him freedom, and make it harder for teams to key on him. Neto, Sancho and Palmer all are better on the RW than Madueke, and he's profit to bring in an upgraded CB

See above, in my eyes :
he's our 4th best RW (I view Neto, Sancho and Palmer all better at that position)
would personally rather see Chukwuemeka as 10 and Palmer as 7, than Palmer as 10 and Madueke as 7
he gives us little to no tactical flexibility, only plays one position and not well enough
doesn't sound like he trains well
we have an upgrade coming in June
seems a selfish player in play style and the penalty, we will have less games on the back half of the schedule see him becoming a cancer.
he's pure profit, and if we want a CB upgrade to keep top 4, he'd give us the most financial flexibility

Try and offload the players who are just not part of the squad, KDH, Casadei, Carney, Chilwell, etc.

Recall Lesely and Santos, sign Forests two CBS, sign Mateta from Palace. The signings are pie in the sky though, rest is realistic.

Maybe we can get a forward on loan.

Nkunku doesn't seem to fit at the club. Supposedly Barcelona are interested as they are unable to re-register Dani Olmo. Perhaps we could do a deal where we get Olmo?

Don't think Barca have the funds for Nkunku. I think Olmo would only make sense if we can move Felix on.

Will he be? We haven't seen them play for us yet. They may take time to adjust.
I think you're completely wrong in your assessment of Noni Madueke. He is very much part of the long terms plans for this team/squad.

Currently 32 players in the first team squad, plus apparently Aaron Anselmino on the way to make it 33.

I can't see any more incoming unless we manage to shift a few.

Owners/DoFs clearly want Chilwell and Chukwuemeka to leave and possibly Nkunku wants out too, but depends on whether there are any buyers at the prices set. Think Harvey Vale and a few others in the academy will also leave. 

If we offload Nkunku then I imagine we will bid for Delap. If Chilwell/Chukky leave, then we won't replace them. 

I'd try and find decent loans for Kellyman and George, although we'll probably keep George around as cover for Mudryk

We benefitted last season from keeping the squad stable (no signings)  in the Winter window, and I can see that happening again

Find a way to offload Chilwell, Chukwumeka, Casadei, Disasi, KDH, Nkunku & Vale ideally through sales.

We NEED another CB and go all in on Liam Delap even if it involves a loan back for the remainder of the season.

Sell Jackson, Disasi, KDH, Mudryk

Recall Santos, Anselmino

Buy a striker. 

Use Nkunku, Achempong, Felix, Guiu

Unrealistic :

Sell Chilwell, Chuku, Casadei, KDH, Nkunku, Felix, Disasi (Basically all first team player who does not play). 

Get backup st, recall andre. 

More realistic :

Try to get buyer/loan for chuku, Chilwell, Casadei 

Recall Ugochukwu.

Sing no one, sell no one. let Maresca have this squad to either mess up top four or claim it. Last thing we need are more players turning up under a new manager who may or may not be sacked in the summer. Surely a manager can find a winning 11 from the billion pound squad. 

A lot of the players suggested to sell I just don't see happening. Not in January, and not in a Club World Cup year.

I think the club are focused on outgoings more than anything. Finding homes for Carney, Chilwell, and Casadei. 

We may make a surprise move knowing Clearlake.

We'll have a lot of players coming back before the CWC starts so i wouldn't factor that into it. 

Find two new center backs, a keeper, and a world class striker. The same thing we have needed for two seasons.

I think we need a new keeper, a new right-back, two new centre-backs, a new left-back, two new centre-mids, two new wingers, a new attacking mid and a new striker. And maybe a new manager.

I would suggest heads on pikes for them but could probably be negotiated down to them being (literally) booted out.

I don't think its realistic to make big changes in January, so a view that extends to summer for me.  Would prioritize a new center back in winter, and recall one of Santos or Ugochukwu for midfield depth.

Keep: Palmer, Caicedo, Enzo, Cucurella, Colwilll, Gusto, Neto, Jackson, Sancho

Debatable: James, Lavia, Madueke, Felix, Sanchez

Sell/Move On: Fofana, Mudryk, Chukwuemeka, Chilwell, Disasi, Badiashile, Sterling, Kepa
