January 15Jan 15 Anyone on here who believes Rosenoir has a clue needs to here the crap he came out with after the gameLiam Rosenior refused to blame Robert Sanchez for his mistakes against Arsenal, and insisted he was accountable for those errors.“I think the first goal was disappointing. It’s a team goal. It’s not just on Rob [Sanchez]. I’m asking Rob to do things that he hasn’t done before,”“I said to him before the game, and I made this really clear, when my players make mistakes, I’m accountable. That’s on me. He made a save in the second-half that was absolutely world-class.“There were very, very good moments with him. I’ll stay positive with him, as I will with all the group. My job is to help them, not to blame them.SO WHAT ARE THE THINGS HES BEING ASKED TO DO THAT HES NEVER DONE BEFORE? PLAY OUT FROM THE BACK? NO HES DONE THAT UNDER MARESCA FOR A SEASON AND GUESS WHAT HE COULDNT DO IT, EVEN COCO THE CLOWN CHANGED IT...HOW ABOUT THIShttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-15466355/chelsea-liam-rosenior-david-brent-memes.html

Every fan does but, if the SDs and board knew it, why do they keep hiring coaches that like to play from the back? And, as soon as they stop doing it, the coach and superiors break up and he is invited to walk out.
January 15Jan 15 Just not a fan of his underdog tone about the tie in his post match. We've seen it before with Potter and it's taken the club & players significantly backwards. FFS we played them off the pitch with ten men and a RB playing in midfield, yet he's bigging up this trophyless Arsenal side.
January 15Jan 15 From a past Sky interview Mourinho on Chelsea: "When you start accepting defeats just because your team played well and just because your players gave their best, a performance for people to be proud of… I think when you get used to it, that’s when the big clubs stop being big clubs."

All started with Potter, and now look at us. Albeit our mediocrity was likely pushed way hard by the squad planning.
January 15Jan 15 Mediocrity comes trickling down from the top. No one in their right mind can see how they are running Chelsea FC and think that they're brilliant business minds.

They hired Rosenior as first team coach. They don't want a manager in the conventional sense as the SD's and Clearlake make those decisions.

January 15Jan 15 The more he opens his mouth, the more I get flashes of Graham Potter and David Brent morphing into one being.

But now it is clear that will not be the case as they will stick to the strategy of yes men reporting to the SD's. Not to mention any credible candidates would have no interest in the job after seeing the circus in place.
January 15Jan 15 TBF Arteta is just as bad. But I am getting a distinct smell of a manager who hasn't realised he is now at a club that will not give him time. And he doesnt have time to coach them. He needs to get our players doing what they do best. That is not playing it out from the back, its pressing and winning the ball back. If he tries to implement his ideas too much that dont work, he will be sacked in 6-8 weeks.

There's a genuine desire for him to fail.I was that personI predict that he will be sacked in the summer because of my previous post noting his short comingsAnd if I am right regarding his performance or lack of it then I do hope he is gone then.It not a desire for him to fail just a prediction.I hope we win the Premier League and the Champions League this year. Not hating on super duper little Liam, honest.
January 15Jan 15 With 17 PL games to go, we'll need 38 more points to match last season's 69 points, so something like Won 12 drawn 2 lost 3 will probably be required to get Top 4 or 5.Does Rosenior survive if we miss out on Champions League ?It might even be a tall ask just to match Poch's 63 points that scraped 6th. We'd need a minimum of going 9-5-3, or 10-2-5, and even that looks challenging when we're currently sitting at 8-7-6.Tough job for anyone ...
