Proper shot themselves in the foot. Won the FA Cup, got into Europe, still looking to sell all of their best players. This is why I always say that the model these mid table clubs have of selling their best players always backfires in the end. I wouldn't be surprised if Palace are the ones fighting relegation next season...

They could be sucked into it THIS season if West Ham keep improving ...

Excellent result, little more than enough everything else.

Our luck was that Crystal Palace forgot to return to the pitch in the second half.

After their goal it was no longer a Premier League match but a National League match...IMHO for Rosenior there is a lot but a lot to work and for us a lot to be patient.

What a collapse that would be. They started the season full of confidence by winning the Community Shield and getting a comfortable draw against us at the start of the season.

So hard to keep competing when you're selling all of your best players. Marteta and Wharton will be next. No different I guess to when West Ham lost all that talent of Cole, Defoe, Carrick, Ferdinand & Johnson.

i didn’t think that we were that good, to be honest. The first half we were iffy and in the second, bar some quality up front, we didn’t do much. It was embarrassing how a ten men Palace dominated us and scored a goal. I thought that the subs were quite coward, mostly bringing on defensive players against ten men. But, three points is what matters despite the score not reflecting how we’ve played.

I thought the first half was terrible quality all over, from both sides. We dominated the 2nd half up until we made a string of changes that ruined our shape.

Happy with the result. Would like to see performance levels improve in coming weeks, but Rosenior is doing a good job pacing one game at a time. Curious what his stamp on the team will be as it seems much of the same, although am happy to see increased mins for Santos, Estevao and Hato, and Enzo deployed a little higher up the pitch.

I mean it’s not that simple, once the big clubs come calling the players also want to move on. Even with contracts they can’t really hold on to someone who actively wants to leave.

Good performance overall, though we don’t half make things difficult for ourselves with poor game management.

Estevao a pleasure to watch

Three points onwards and upwards

Seconded.

I think there is a better way to go about it though. Look at Bournemouth, they sold Kerkez, Huijsen and Zabarnyi in one window. They then sold Semenyo, their best player, half way through the season. If they had kept them, I think they would have had a shot at Champions League football next season.

These clubs are happy to take the money, but investing it on quality replacements rarely happen, and it just leads to them tumbling down the table and eventually relegated.

They can't keep these playes even when they don't need the tranfer money because of wages.

If they match this top team wages, soon their wages will balloon and they will become like Leicester

Glad to see this. No jerk reactions.

Palace played an insane high line. We would eat most teams in the world playing that way against us.

Whereas a team as cr@p as Pafos or Qarabag can run us mighty close playing a low, low block.

Good result. Probably the best we've played under Rosenior so far, though there's still massive scope for improvement.

The first half of the second half was great. I thought after the Palace red card, we looked out of shape and lacked a ruthless edge which was a little disappointing to see.

Palace look like a broken club at the moment.

I only watched the 1st half yes we were 1-0 up but not sure it was a good performance. Not having the ball is fine, but not having the ball and being opened up by palace is not. Palace had a few nice chances that they did not take.

i think this was a good solid win.. They had one chance and that was it.. Couldnt ask for more apart from maybe a cleansheet which was on Enzo rolling around.. See a few people complaining about the performance.. i have been watching this cub for 24 years.. i would have not missed more than 10 games in the last 10-12 years and let me tell the social media fan generation.. The opposition always has chances - rarely every happens that they dont get a sniff specially when we are playing away from home.. i think it was a good away performance.. lets move to the next one..

Why would a player want to potentially just have a shot at the champions league when a team that has the capability to win it and other things are trying to sign them though?

Sick of this taking Estevao off, he was best player on the pitch by a mile, done bugger all after he went off, the yes man being told to give minutes to the donkeys so they can sell them (Delap, Kittens, Badieshille)

We were 3-0 up...

The subs yesterday were frustrating as we were poor afterwards - especially against 10 men. But at 3-0 it was understandable with so many games coming up, so can't really have too many complaints, despite losing out on a clean sheet.

Only gripe was Acheampong not getting on - just hope he is involved in upcoming games.

Why would you carry on playing your most important player at 3-0 when they could get injured? The games won, rest him for next game.

Hang on, its the same players taken off no matter how well they are playing, Enzo plays every game and is very rarely subbed off even when he is crap (which is most games), any player can get injured in a game, in fact Caicedo had been booked and could have got another yellow in the first half, what would you have been saying if he had been sent off, he should have been subbed at HT, i will bet you that Estevao will be back on the bench for the next game, Garnacho will play on the left and the yes mans pet, Neto will play on the right
