Chelsea vs Burnley (PL) Saturday 21st February 15:00 GMT

Another poor result. That’s 20 points dropped from winning positions, 18 of those at home.

I don’t argue with the red card - they were both yellows and you know the inevitable Chelsea mistake is there at any moment - Fofana takes that crown today. But the referee was quite poor for me - think we had a decent shout for a penalty.

Costly. We lacked any quality when needed. Not good enough.

They had a player 19 should have been booked first 5 seconds and had many fouls after. Should have been sent off. Doesn’t change how sh*t we were and I compare our lack of effort to that of a team all but relegated and say that they don’t care, or respect our club/management. Maybe even don’t want to be here. That’s how sh*t we were today.

Is Neto really better then Garnacho?

Yes, yes he is.

Do we really need Santos, Caicedo and Enzo at home to Burnley

This is a really good point. We played 4-2-3-1. Did we need to? Citech against Newcastle played 4-1-3-2. Should we have gone for it properly and played one less midfield lad and then played Delap and JPedro up front? Worth thinking about.

Couldn’t be arsed watching the game as other important stuff to get done with a death in the family. Given the result and what I’ve read I’m not even going to bother to watch the replay….looks like we chucked yet another 2 points away at home against a bottom feeder

Half our team is CB’s yet we cant defend a corner

Not very good, unorganized, and leaderless CB’s at that.

Well, to be fair, some of our young players are of an outstanding quality - like Caicedo - but sometimes in a team sport, you just need a couple of regular older blokes who can just keep it all calm when things go a bit pear shaped. We are the youngest team in the Prem. IF the players on the pitch cannot provide the experience and the calmness then you need a manager who can. We had a kid manager in Maresca and now we got another kid manager - no real game mangement experience between them.

Manager simply can't provide calmness once the ball is kicked and Caicedo is a 120m young player.

Enzo can f**k off to PSG.

Can already see this w**ker being the first to jump ship once his wages get docked when we fall out of Champions League footy.

I wish he would, I'm sure he's the main reason you don't see this team gelling...

I thought the goal was 100% Santos fault, but it depends on Rosenior set pieces rule.

Santos was clearly defending zonally but Caicedo following a man and vacating his zone that Burnley player attack.

It was, our fans are just more accustomed to blaming Enzo Fernandez

Hard to definitively say who was individually to blame without knowing the instructions. Without knowing that, and based purely on viewing it, Santos seems most culpable.

However overall Rosenior has to carry a lot of the can. That was schoolboy panic management to throw 16 defenders on the park and pray it worked. Surrendered any chance of control and was clearly going to result in chaos in terms of who was supposed to do what

At the game yesterday and putting the sending off aside, the game after the goal was awful.

Slow play sideways, backwards with no positive or imaginative passing. Many have said didn’t need the three midfielders. Enzo gave nothing as a wide 8 or further forward.

Rosenior has to take responsibility for sending them away instead of working on the training ground. Something he’s complained about. Team selection again was poor. As for four defensive substitutes and not get three points is poor. Proves four days away with two eight hour flights doesn’t help energy levels

Don’t think Santos would be there to mark their best header of the ball. Liam said someone marking wrong man. My guess would be Tosin as he was the substitution

Have you not seen managers marching up and down in their little areas? A manager with experience installs calmness everywhere. Everywhere at the club. For example, Carlo Ancelotti is better than Liam and he as a manager would in fact simply provide calmness imho.

Yes Caicedo is a 120m player.

Enzo is a good player. It is a shame you cannot see that.

But anyways . . .but PSG? That would be very unlikely. The whole World cup thing and the Mbappe song? Enzo is not liked much in France.

How many man of the match awards has won since arriving with us? hint you only need one hand to count it on and wont have to use all four fingers...

He is a complete liability and gave away a free kick Burnley nearly equalised from before they did actually equalise.

100 million for a championship-level player...

Of course Liverpool win at the death. I’m rarely an angry person but what happened yesterday infuriates me no end

I just stopped caring. Ownership clearly has.

Just hope not qualifying hurts their wallets and they finally take some self reflection.

So annoying. That Forrest lad Hutchinson looked good. . . better than Gittens or Garnacho.

Gusto making a no look pass when in a great position.

Fofana laughing about being sent off.

Someone (some say Tosin, some Santos) not following their man Flemming for the Burnley goal.

The players are not serious. I mean Clearlake are not serious about us on the pitch, guess the players are not either eh?
