Explain Maresca, Pochettino, Potter, Lampard , Tuchel sackings

Maresca resigned

Poch and BlueCo had disagreements and mutually terminated the contract

Potter was sh*t, results went too far downhill. We were 12th or something

Lamps was a temp. He was sacked under Roman

BlueCo and Tuchel didn't see eye to eye and Todd thought playing DoF was easy

Liam has made mistakes no doubt, quite a few in fact but…

  • We still invert Gusto,

  • centre the whole attack around Enzo

  • Needlessly play out from the back despite not having players who can do it well

  • Rotate the defence every single match

  • Give chance after chance to players recently bought when academy players deserve more of a look in

  • Play like the 1st half of matches don’t matter as long as it’s retrievable in the 2nd half

  • Do less running than our opponents

  • Think more possession is a positive despite whatever the final score is

  • Think Data is better than the tried and tested eye test

I could go on but this has happened regardless who the manager is.

It’s all clearly instructions from the board and/or the SD’s.

In fact one of directors has basically said the manager isn’t even that important.

We are broken and the people who could possibly fix this don’t care enough to put their ego to one side and admit they have made mistakes.

And then you have the players to add into the mix…it’s just a job to them, they will never care as much as us fans.

All in all that’s why I’m more or less numb to it all now - they even have a more hands on approach with the women’s team and that’s taken a nosedive too.

There’s a lot of the football dynasty that is BlueCo disagreeing on footballing issue with football managers.

And these aren't even consistent trophy winners, most of them are managers that just get by in the league.

You can imagine the level of pain managers have to deal with these idiots thinking they know football. It goes back to Todd trying to force Tuchel to buy Ronaldo.

Ok so it’s a manager problem then. Not being smart but I don’t agree

The current manager is a problem because he is clearly not up to the job. That being said he is just one of many problems. We could bring in a new manager, but assuming it will be picked by the same clowns we will likely end up with the same end product. We need to get rid of the SD's and have somebody take the keys aways from Eghbali who is one of the biggest issues.

Then I think the owners would need to re-establish some connections with the fans by hiring some people with football knowledge/experience and some connections to the club. For example, Cesc as Manager and Cech back as Director. Sadly I don't see this happening.

Well we started poorly and just got worse. Rosenior somehow managing to make Maresca look like a tactical genius.

We might have been boring and ineffectual under Maresca but Rosenior has taken us to a new level of terrible. Naively, I thought Rosenior would at least make us organised and have a bit of fight about us. Instead, in a few weeks, our performance level has collapsed and the players have lost all belief in themselves, the manager, the club.

We’re just going from one shambles to the next. The question is not will Rosenior survive, but what comes next?

Respectfully I don’t agree, every new manager has had the same problem, not up to the job not doing this or that. This is less of a LR issue as it was a GP issue. Club is upside down, no connection with the fan base

Yes, they've all had the same problems to deal with, which we've been discussing for a while, and most agree it's a club problem not manager.

Now, we are also seeing a new problem: the players are not giving 100% anymore. That I have not seen for a while -- maybe Potter was the last one that lost the locker room. I'm not sure it's a recoverable situation as trust is lost both ways.

Last 8 games...2 reds, Conceded 18 goals & scored 12... But that's only cos we bate villa & Wrexham & scored 4 each time. 🙄.. that's 2 wins, a draw against Burnley, 5 losses..., big losses & they think this outfit are good enough for Europe!... Not only would a decent manager not want it cos of the board but they'll struggle to get any decent players apart from u20s that are being offered long term contracts..... Palmer has signed out as has Caicedo on tonights performance, Lavia looked like someone that hadn't kicked a ball in 6 months... Apart from Estavao there's nothing there worth sh*t... Cucu just gets frustrated & ends up with stupid bookings... Manager will never get these pricks on his side, they have no desire or fight for the shirt, outrun every game & I've watched them all unfortunately... Need a manager that's gonna rule with fines etc for petulance & can put a team out that doesn't play this sh*t of passing backwards all the time, can prove they want to be a footballer & want to win things rather than sit on long contracts..... Maybe Liam is out of his depth but the players are too, if they don't want to do it for the manager then they have to step up & do it for themselves & the fans at least....

Everton were on front foot for every period of their play... KDH looked a different player than when he was with us... He had so much room when he got the ball instead of 40 passes around the back before it went forward, he looked decent.🙄 Compare that to our ball forward, only goes forward when opposition are in place ffs....turned off before 3rd goal, just couldn't watch that dross any longer... Awful display again...

Whenever there is a problem its always manager and coaching team...same players played excellent against Barca and PSG for 72 mins ! They need good coach manager and board that supports them

Sacking Managers is never a great look in quick succession but we need to bare in mind that neither Potter, Maresca or Rosenoir have a CV anything like good enough to have the Job as Chelsea Manager I'm not sure they have the CV to be number two here.

We all know the owners are giving whoever manages the squad a tough task but a proper manager would get much more out of them than this.

Maresca on occasion had them playing well but unless every sub he made was arranged by someone above him (which if it was, he should have walked earlier) then his inexperienced at this level cost us.

This bloke for me is a step down from Maresca and with a young team I just don't think they can scrimp on manager quality.

I hear the "what elite manager would want the job with this model" but if not an elite manager at least somebody with a bit of Chelsea in him, I'd love to see Fabregas here but again that's risky, I'd back him a lot easier than the lot that have lucked in here lately.

Frank would at least make me feel like he wanted the boys to win and he had a tougher job when he was here than this.

Coming in to manage a team with our history and standing sitting 4th in the league, still in the CL, in the FA Cup, and in the semis of the Carabao is unimaginable for a manager sacked by Hull.

I don't know if I believe that the manager is being told who to play and sub on.

If I was manager and played the team influenced by the board which results in bad football and poor results, I would rebel, play and pick the team that I WANT. If that generates way better performances and results, then the board can't do any sacking. I've never seen a manager sacked for winning.

I don't believe Maresca jeopardise his job and reputation to manage the team how the board requested.

We have simply become a sad team with lazy players applying the schemes of a manager devoid of any charisma.

It is essentially a mirror of our current property.

There is a lack of any attachment to the idea of what Chelsea represented.

Unfortunately, going forward like this risks sinking.

Rosenior’s management style seems to be to play to our weaknesses.

The opposition only has to play a through ball to a forward who will be one on one with a centre back. That’s all it takes.

Does Rosenior think that the opposition don’t watch our previous games?

It’s like having a teenager in charge.

Liam Ro-Seeya - it's time for you to pack your school bag and get the... out of our club. A puppet of the owners and the human embodiment of Alexa in interviews. He has nothing hidden in the closet labelled "Talent". Worst manager in my living memory, easily. If he's still managing at our next PL match then the club is doomed and the owners intentions will be obvious, winning is secondary, making money is all that counts. Yanks... morons.. the lot of them.

It’s clear Rosenior is a poor manager.. his defensive set up is week and press even weaker.. every time in all 4 matches opposition has the ability to look up and pass.. there is no press .. in the early part he said he didn’t get to coach .. glad he didn’t since we won a few matches .. because more he coaches the poorer we become in structure.

Sack Rosenior that will fix everything.

said the same under maresca, poch, lamps, potter...

the problem is that these managers all keep doing the same thing. They keep plying slow and stagnant football. Need to out a rocket up their arse and let the handbrake off

No its not, but he should have stayed at Strasbourg

Didn't someone mention the owners let it be known to him he would be sacked if he didn't accept the Chelsea job? It would not surprise me at all if this were true.
