Watch how the owners force him to have Callum as his assistant, he should say no i want JT

Personally, I don't have anything but admiration and gratitude to Callum. Two times he has had to step in extremely difficult circumstances. I said in the match thread today that his TV interviews are a breath of fresh air compared to Maresca and the P.E. teacher. He keeps it simple. No posturing, no bullsh*t, no verbal diarrhea.

I’ve never seen another poster even come close to how you completely make up scenarios of doom and despair.

Alonso has to be seen as a big positive if appointed. Our managers since Tuchel have divided the support. Alonso will have the vast majority of the support right behind his appointment and will clearly have insisted on a level of control he is comfortable with.

Going invincible in what's usually a one team league?

Is there more to it than that 1 season?

Ax I think he might be a tad better than Rosenior & McFarlane. 😂 Of that we should be thankful.

A bar so low even Mr fantastic could not get under it.

Probably hoping for too much but if he brings in Tchouameni and Guler from RM along with maybe Tapsoba from Leverkusen, possibly even Rudi back on a free, think most of us would be pretty buzzing.

And if he can give the f*ckwit Gusto the Spanish archer, well that would be just fine as well.

He finished 2nd the year after?? Hardly a poor season

+1

He's literally doing what every single one of us would do in his position. He's done f**king well to get to where he is and I respect it.

The players clearly like him and he's doing a decent job for someone who is massively under qualified

Why do they think he owes them any loyalty? He played for them for 5 seasons, he's not homegrown and his career only went upwards when he left them.

They are probably desperate because of Slot 😁

I would understand if Slippy G is coming (not that I want it lol) but Alonso is probably on par if someone like Cesc/Ballack goes to manage them.

They basically had to tuck their tails between their legs and concede power or he would have never touched us in a million years.

Clowns 🤡 had to take that sh*t elsewhere with their idiotic idea that the manager isn’t important.

We won the f**k all cup today.

At least Alonso knows what he has to do and it wont be pretty. Lots announcing hes going to sign. Liverpool fans in meltdown, perhaps we can relegate spurs for some end of season joy.

Or a defeat against Spurs keeps them up.

Let's see then.

He will need help.

Goalkeeper needs an upgrade

Colwill needs a top class partner.

Caicedo needs a a physical powerhouse partner

We need 2 class wide attackers/wingers

And a top class striker to challenge JP.

He also needs the log line of deadwood removed, Jorgensen, Gusto, Tosin, Badiashile, Lavia, Garnacho, Neto, Jackson, Delap, Guiu etc etc
