February 23, 201214 yr In this as in all things context is king. Producing a miracle in the A-League is one thing, producing something similar here is quite different. Although I agree to an extent Spiller, the resources someone has with us would also far outway the resources they probably get given in the A-League.

Not too sure what you are quoting but even I could produce a miracle in the A-league. The league is a joke. Everyone over here is to obsessed with gAyFL apparently it's a sport for "men" Edited February 23, 201214 yr by Connoor
February 23, 201214 yr Settle Conoor. It's certainly getting better as a league. It's a shame a few of Brisbane's really top players have left, they might have done quite well in the Asian Champions League. Also SC is going to be on you like a rat up a drain pipe shortly for talking it down. AFL isn't so bad, it has it's merits same as most sports.
February 26, 201214 yr Wouldnt mind getting Darren Bent or Doyle from wolves in the summer, add them as squad players, they will definetely score goals and are used to the PL, i think sometimes it would be better to buy players from the PL than overpriced foreign stars who take some time to get used to our league
February 28, 201214 yr Apparently Mourinho was in London today "house-hunting" there are pictures and more are to be released tomorrow via BBC if I understand it correctly. I believe its 100 % bs and that he was just here on a quick visit but its always interesting with these kind of things! https://twitter.com/#!/alrickbrown/status/174621726104227841/photo/1 Edited February 28, 201214 yr by Andreas

I for one am massively shocked the media are making a massive thing of this....
February 29, 201214 yr Funnily enough I thought I saw him last night on my way home from work...parked up in the side street by the Imperial pub...then I thought, nah what would he be doing in London...
February 29, 201214 yr Bet your regretting not going in for a closer look! I don't see how buying a house in London affects anything. I'd probably have one there too if i had as much money as Jose.
February 29, 201214 yr I know, I should have tapped on the window and asked him what his intentions are....

March 3, 201214 yr Everybody talks Jose as new manager , I would like to add another name Eric Gerets , he's not mentioned at all , just a personal choise.

March 3, 201214 yr We should buy Robben back Pretty sure he's out of contract in the summer and Bayern have agreed to sign Shaqiri.
March 3, 201214 yr I'd taken Robben back even if he had 1 leg left, I also mentioned Podolski in January and now looks like arse-nal might get him, hes a proven goalscorer and works hard, lets get Shweinsteiger and possibly a right back even though i would hate for Ivanovic to play less games so lets get a young one we dont have to spend a fortune to do this, the german is about 30 mil
March 3, 201214 yr I know his injury record wasn't great, but it was crazy to sell him. Good god we need a player like that now...well..we need a lot of things, but if we had a Robben playing wide left with Mata behind the striker, we'd at least be more exciting to watch!
March 3, 201214 yr I believe it was more down to his attitude and disagreements with Mourinho that got him sold rather than his injuries. Another Robben would be lovely, though and would definitely fix an awful lot of what we're lacking right now. So who is the next Robben?
March 4, 201214 yr http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/transfer-news/Exclusive-Bayern-Munich-Arjen-Robben-hints-at-making-Premier-League-return-alerting-Chelsea-Arsenal-and-Tottenham-article873961.html Robben for 10m gabble with injuries but ship out Malouda Kalou would easily get the 10m to buy him along with De Bruyne coming back think he is someone that we should start talking to now to avoid him going spurs and us regretting it.
