I'd say Rooney has been better then Hazard this season; & Rooney is having a awful season himself.

Jesus Christ you can't be serious. I love Hazard as a player, don't think he has been bad as people are making out but not scoring all season is very poor for a player of his ability. I want him to stay as i think he is the most talented player I've seen play for Chelsea.

I don't want him to go, but I do want him to roll his sleeves up and just get on with it. I would prefer he is dropped with his current form and effort and will hope he sees it as a kick to get back to being whatvwe know he us, an exceptionally talented footballer.

Let's all calm down and stop slagging off each other and our players. None of us know for sure why Hazard's form fell away.

It was probably a multitude of different things......lack of sleep (his wife had a new baby), his younger brother being told he wasn't up to Chelsea standard, too much pressure being heaped on him by everyone (the media, Jose didn't help by hyping him up as the next Messi etc) and his body taking a kicking every match. Realistically we need to respect that he is only a youngster and still learning his trade, and human !

We are all angry about the situation. But let's make a fresh start under Guus. Win or Loose up the blues!

I think he's overrated.

He was injured yesterday, hardly his fault or attitude problem. What's with the he doesn't want be here speculation? He put in a full 90 minutes only few days ago against United, saw plenty of commitment there. We all know he's not playing well, just like the rest of the team. The amount of kicks he has taken has definitely taken a toll on him, but he will get over that. Until he leaves, I will support him.

Guus has a calming way about him and am optimistic that Eden Hazzard and all of our players will get back to winning ways - Come on the Chels !

Guus is a nice guy. I like his post match interviews, he's always calm and it seems he doesn't want to ster any unnecessary drama. He speaks from experience - he's a smart guy.

Can't see Hazard going anywhere - he's gonna get back to winning ways helped by working in a calmer atmosphere with Guus and its also great to see Eddie Newton as assistant coach. Nothing against Jose's portugeezer training team but I prefer to have guys like Eddie who is Chelsea through and through.

first of all  i aint jesus christ ;P , i love hazard too but is he really irreplaceable like some people think? i dont think so but thats just me... and if hes the most talented  chelsea player that u ever seen well we cant really argue because hes not even in my top 5...

Agreed. Hazard will defo get back to old self again. A much calmer place to work will suit him. He is a shy guy and will do his talking on the pitch.

Great player despite his form and the form of the entire club this season, he's not choosing to be injured recently either but I imagine he's absolutely sick of getting booted every game with no protection. Get behind him when he's back and he'll be fine.

 

Not too worried about real madrid, signed a five and a half year contract less than a year ago so all the cards are in Chelsea's hands. £100 million plus Isco then the club should maybe consider it.... maybe.

 

Respect the opinion of those that would take big money but I think they should consider who we could get as a suitable replacement, I mentioned Isco but he's a totally different player. the only other player near his level  that I can think of is Reus and even if we could get him away from Dortmund without someone else outbidding us he'd spend half of every season injured. I think people should remember that it was only when we got Hazard that we really replaced Robben.
