As luck would have it they have trademarked both "Chels" and "the Chels"So The Chels Cobham Cowboys is possibleThere does seem to be an increasing emphasis on 'CFC LDN' as a possible brand by these clowns. Echoes of MK Dons ? 🤬

They just refuse to have anything to do with something or someone associated with the old regime which is pathetic. Now if ur talking 100k stadium, reduced ticket pricing, cheap tickets for kids etc etc the fans might get behind it otherwise no way. I know it ain’t gonna happen but I can dream.I'm afraid that spending billions on a new stadium will definitely not mean cheaper tickets. Spurs increased their ticket prices and also want to phase out and stop concessions to seniors and children. Roman's proposed stadium had a massive increase in premium seating . I can't remember the exact number , but that's what to expect. Arsenal again increased prices when they moved from Highbury to the Emirates. Todd in that Bloomberg interview on what to do about the stadium, said we've got " 6 to 10 years to figure it out" , I'm interpreting that as meaning that it's never getting done.

Thinking they'll spend £1bn+ rebuilding the Bridge or £1.5bn+ on buying and redeveloping EC just to lower seat prices is delusional. It won't happen. (That last sentence could probably apply to any part of the preceding sentence).

I know it ain’t gonna happen but I can dream.Whilst there might technically by enough room to fit a larger new stadium on the site, it is probably nowhere near cost effective. Roman’s plans were never more than that and involved new walkways to Fulham Broadway and maybe even covering the railway line behind the East stand? It would be much much cheaper (the sale of Stamford Bridge would probably cover a big chunk of it) and quicker to build a huge new stadium further out, but as the point of a larger stadium is to increase revenue, and would have a cost in itself, I can’t imagine cheap tickets will be a thing. But anyway, I’m 50 and I don’t expect to see us in a new stadium at the Bridge or elsewhere. That certainly suits our aging season ticket holders (the oldest in the Prem) and the CPO.

Good, most of us will be dead and won 't see us become Harpenden Chelsea Tigers.

April 28, 20251 yr Add Leeds to the list now. 37k to 53k, looks a bit like Anfield, but it’ll sort out their 26k waiting list for season tickets.

The board could always have a long running dispute amongst themselves and we stay as we are for the next ten years and watch matchday tickets go up to £200 each.Couldn't they just do a swap with the rugby club? Put them in blue, the pitch owners and tourists would be none the wiser...the game would look the same and the ball would still end up in row ZZZ but they would get points for it...makes perfect sense to me.
April 29, 20251 yr The mayor of London has called on Chelsea to come and deal with with him directly over the stadium issues, stating "Chelsea's stadium is far too small, this is a club who has won 2 Champions League titles, what is this?"Sounds like he wants us to have a stadium like Spurs and Arsenal, as that is good for London. If the owners want it sounds like the mayor will make a redevelopment of Stamford Bridge OR moving the Earls Court project to the site of the Bridge and we get that land for a new stadium.Either way he is basically pleading to make it happen.
April 29, 20251 yr I reckon the owners either do nothing on this, or agree to only if the CPO dissolves.

The area could do with regeneration, that might be something in our favour But did you see the prick said he changed from supporting Chelsea to supporting Liverpool because of the racist abuse he used to get at Chelsea games ?

As it’s very clear every top side is now prioritising stadia, aside from us, and we can’t really afford to get left behind. Somethings gotta give
