August 29, 201312 yr I don't get this "helping out" bit with the loan. They'll pay most of his wages and there is not guarantee he'll do well. If he does well we can always bring him back. At the moment it seems we don't need him so why wouldn't we do our best to develop him to a better player. At Liverpool they have a good manager who can help him. Against us in the league he wont feature. I really don't see the negatives there... He hardly helped Mceachran.

I'd much sooner help out the better blue half of Merseyside.
August 29, 201312 yr evissy how can you still want do buisness with that lot after we've been burnt with recent dealings. There are 14 teams other than the big 6 that could offer him 1st team football. If we loan them moses, and he really shines there, he wont want to come and we would end up selling for a relatively low fee. It also allows Liverpool to spend the rest if their budget on another area. I dont see one positive with loaning anyone to Liverpool. If they really want him, they can over pay by about 10 mil to start to pay back the 32m deficit we are in for swapping a working sturridge for a broken torres.
August 29, 201312 yr Again help..? How? It is not like they don't pay his wages or have any control of his future. If they buy him for £9 mill they pretty much get it back after one or two seasons if he doesn't work out.

If he shines there we are still controlling his fee. We just need to make a good deal of him. £18mill buyout clause after one season of loan or something. If not we take him back and sell him to somewehere else. I don't see how we lose here. I agree Liverpool is Liverpool but as I see it we are not even direct rivals as they are poised for spots between 6-10 in the league.
August 29, 201312 yr I don't see how we lose here. I don't see what we have to gain from it. They get a good player on the cheap, and if he's a flop they can just send him back. Essentially it's doing them a favour without benefiting us much. If the management don't think he's needed then get rid. There's no point hanging onto a player we don't need on the off chance that he'll suddenly improve massively after playing for Liverpool for a year. We could always put in a sell on or buy back clause anyway.
August 29, 201312 yr Really hope we do not loan him there. I am sick to death of helping Liverpool out. I want to see him go to a place where he is going to get a bunch of playing time under a solid manager, and given their personal history together (and Everton's thin squad) Martinez seems perfect for the task If Moses comes on strong this year away, and Jose somehow adapts KdB and Oscar to deeper midfield spots, Moses can return a better, 23 year old player with less competition for his position. I think either Everton or West Brom over Loserpool. More game time, Doesn't boost a Rival. Steve Clarke did a fantastic job with Kakkers last year and i think it'll be a good move for him, and of course Martinez knows him well so both are decent choices.
August 29, 201312 yr We've already given Pool an almost realistic dream of a CL place by letting them get their hands on Sturridge, I don't want to be bemoaning Victor picking him out at every opportunity so he gets the golden boot there as well. Martinez is the man if Moses is to be loaned out...I don't begrudge him an Everton anything, in fact I'd love to see them better there position under Moyes.

What people forget is that Everton WERE a Wigan before David Moyes came along. Watch them turn back into one, particularly if Fellaini and/or Baines leave. Liverpool is a far more befitting standard for Moses.

Strange how opinions differ...Liverpool for me is a befitting standard for players I detest...partly what irks me about Danny going there, they may have more chance of achieving something than Everton but I'd sooner Chelsea helped Everton improve than have more Chelsea go down in their "istory". I think Everton will struggle if they lose a couple of players and with Martinez playing a more open type of football it is going to be a difficult season for them.
August 29, 201312 yr I also would much rather give Everton a helping hand by loaning Moses there too. No way on Earth do I want any Chelsea player loaned to help Liverpool.
August 30, 201312 yr WBA manager, Steve Clarke—"Moses is available to come out and he's a player we would be interested in." (ESPN) #CFC Would be a good option for him too.
August 30, 201312 yr Would be all for loaning Moses to Everton or Clarkey at WBA. Liverpool can jog on
August 30, 201312 yr WBA manager, Steve Clarke—"Moses is available to come out and he's a player we would be interested in." (ESPN) #CFC Would be a good option for him too. Yeah. WBA and Clarke is actually an ideal option for him. At least Lukaku loved it.
August 30, 201312 yr WBA just signed Scott Sinclair on loan for the season. If they got Mosses too they wouldn't be short of a bit of pace on the wings would they.
August 30, 201312 yr Moses to WestBrom would make sense.Good manager in Steve Clarke,he will get games and suits there counter attacking style.
August 30, 201312 yr West Brom must love us. So must Liverpool. We gave them the best part of £70m for Torres, Meireles and Benayoun, and let them have Sturridge for £12m. We've been so generous they even think we'd lend them Mata and Moses for a season.
September 1, 201312 yr gutted. sick of dealing with Liverpool, Why are we lending them players to shoot them up the table.
September 1, 201312 yr If it helps them take points off the other contenders, then it helps Chelsea. Not fussed to be honest.
