August 27, 201312 yr You guys are being a little harsh on History FC, I'm sure there's plenty of things he could learn while over there.. 1. How to operate a VHS player so you can watch their last league triumph on Tape 2. Gerrard's guidance on kissing a Camera in preparation for a trophy when he returns to a proper club. 3. The lyrics to YNWA - You'll Never Win Again 4. Finding treasures in bins.
August 27, 201312 yr I'm in full agreement with UNO. We would gain nothing apart from strengthening a rival. A rival in what terms though? If Rodgers thinks Moses would improve his side then he'd be taking that improved side up against our actual league rivals and logically therefore a weaker side against us.
August 27, 201312 yr Thou must not sell to Liverpool. They're welcome to Torres though. Edited August 27, 201312 yr by Zola
August 27, 201312 yr If they want him they can pay for him. Ain't doing the scum no favours by loaning them anyone.
August 27, 201312 yr If they want him they can pay for him. Ain't doing the scum no favours by loaning them anyone. They would have to pay for him. Season-long loans aren't free.
August 27, 201312 yr They would have to pay for him. Season-long loans aren't free. Pocket change in comparison. Why should we help the bin dippers out with their squad depth for the year? Like I said before, someone like Southampton, Everton or WBA he would go with my blessing and I would wish him well. Liverpool? They can jog on.
August 27, 201312 yr I think we should let him go on loan to Everton, atleast he might help them steal some points from top 6 teams and he has a good chance to get alot of games under his old coach Martinez.
August 27, 201312 yr Loan him out to dippers. If he does well and flourishes there get him back January and you have a player in good form and one out from bin dippers. If he is average for them no harm done... After that loan out Willian to them and we'll have a nice AM rotation......at another club ! Edited August 27, 201312 yr by Nick05
August 27, 201312 yr What about giving them Torres / Moses and a few quid and taking Suarez . I'd have that all day long now that Rooneys not coming.
August 27, 201312 yr The dippers want Moses? Sure, that'll be £50m please. Plus add-ons every time he says, "Big club, great history, bestest fans".
August 27, 201312 yr What about giving them Torres / Moses and a few quid and taking Suarez . I'd have that all day long now that Rooneys not coming. As long as we could strap him to a rocket and then shoot it to the moon. Realistically, Moses as a makeweight would still mean giving them a huge fee. And a Torres exchange would just never happen. But if we could clear Torres out, and make sure Suarez never played a game for us, I would do it.
August 27, 201312 yr Thou must not sell to Liverpool. They're welcome to Torres though. But thou might think about loaning a player to them. I don't see what the problem is. They'll pay most of his salary and we can bring him back at any time..
August 27, 201312 yr If we don't need him and let him go on loan then we won't need to bring him back.
August 27, 201312 yr I would rather we loaned him somewhere else,if we do loan him to Liverpool and i see Henderson playing right wing and Moses is sat on the bench then Brendan needs a good slap. Im glad we are not selling him though,i like Moses alot.
August 27, 201312 yr But thou might think about loaning a player to them. I don't see what the problem is. They'll pay most of his salary and we can bring him back at any time.. I don't see what the point is of loaning out players to a team who finished four places below us last year. If they want him and we don't need him, then let them cough up a transfer fee instead of trying to scrounge him on loan.
August 27, 201312 yr But thou might think about loaning a player to them. I don't see what the problem is. They'll pay most of his salary and we can bring him back at any time.. Not technically true if there's a loan fee involved, which there most likely would be.
August 27, 201312 yr I like Moses and hope he stays and contributes in some way. He may never be as good as Hazard or Schurrle but he offers something different. He's young. IMO he tends to intimidate defenses as quite direct and also strong enough to hold off challenges. Obviously his end game needs a little work. Edited August 27, 201312 yr by Teeblue

The other path gives us about £8-10mill which the club doesn't really need. Moses needs games as he is a young lad.

The other path gives us about £8-10mill which the club doesn't really need. Moses needs games as he is a young lad. it also lets Liverpool still have 20 odd million left in there budget to strengthen in other areas. There are plenty of other teams outside the big 6 that would give moses games, so why in earth would we want to do Liverpool a massive favour.
August 29, 201312 yr Really hope we do not loan him there. I am sick to death of helping Liverpool out. I want to see him go to a place where he is going to get a bunch of playing time under a solid manager, and given their personal history together (and Everton's thin squad) Martinez seems perfect for the task If Moses comes on strong this year away, and Jose somehow adapts KdB and Oscar to deeper midfield spots, Moses can return a better, 23 year old player with less competition for his position.
August 29, 201312 yr I think he'll definitely go out on loan but hopefully not to Liverpool. Would prefer he went to Everton tbh.
August 29, 201312 yr I don't get this "helping out" bit with the loan. They'll pay most of his wages and there is not guarantee he'll do well. If he does well we can always bring him back. At the moment it seems we don't need him so why wouldn't we do our best to develop him to a better player. At Liverpool they have a good manager who can help him. Against us in the league he wont feature. I really don't see the negatives there...
