Not having that at all. If a nice offer comes in, those knees will make a miraculous recovery.

"Well, the Consultant said 'eed never seen a recovery like it. It was a miracle 'ee said. The words '£100 million to spend in the summer' were a real tonic. Gor blimey, etc".

Then he'll quickly learn to write so he can sign the contract.

I don't think you'll ever see Redknapp as a manager again or at the very least not for a while.

Villa need someone whose proven to get the best out of a poor squad, shame for them that Pulis is at West Brom

They'll nab someone from a Championship club, not sure who... maybe Eddie Howe? Rekon he could do better though........!

I don't think it matters who they get in, they will still go down! Odd for the chief exec to say 2 weeks ago that sacking lambert would be a bad decision (or words to that effect) and now they have sacked him outside the transfer window leaving a new manager no chance. If I was Eddie Howe I would stay put. There is more chance of Bournemouth being in the prem next season than there is Villa.

I don't think Harry will manage again. I'm not an ageist or anything but he's pushing 70 now and I don't think he'll have the motivation to be manager again but I might be wrong though so we'll see what happens.

Paul Lambert had to be sacked! For an EPL side to have only scored 12 goals in 25 matches this season and to now be languishing in the relegation zone that's simply unacceptable.

I'm starting to buy into this agenda against Chelsea stuff that Mourinho is on about, You have a team romping our league by 7 points, Yet again showing a never say die attitude last night, Believe you me, I was praying my arse off hoping it ended 0-0, Yet all the media want to do is talk about the miniscule negatives, When the rags used to win games in the final minutes, It was 'Fergie time' this and that, Look at how much loving Liverpool got last year despite choking a 6 point lead, If Chelsea choke this 7 point lead I get the feeling they will stick the knife into Mourinho.

Even as a rival and as a neutral, I know there's a conspiracy, the argument is what and why? Is it the bookies hoping Chelsea do a Newcastle and therefore they will get filthy rich due to all those millions lumped on Chelsea? Is it the F.A. hoping if they derail Chelsea, That this will be it for Mourinho here and they will go back to being untouched and unquestioned? Is it the possibility of destabilizing Chelsea for the CL and maintaining that the beloved one's remain the only English side to do the Treble what with Chelsea in very good position?

Or has Mourinho sold me a siege mentality and I've bought it?

I don't think its a conspiracy or anything it's just who we are and where we are. I mean look at the differenece in our manager and yours for example. Ours writes headlines with even a look whereas yours prefers to go about his business more quietly. Right there who are the media gonna go after?

With the FA I think they're been swept up in it all and seeing when a fuss is made that they must act whilst Van Perise elbows aren't talked about because the media don't think its important cause it isn't league leaders Chelsea with the headline maker Mourinho. Although Van Gaal with his dossier may have started something he will wish he hadn't in future.

As for referees they are just sh*t at their jobs and ultimately fall into the same media trappings at the FA.

Why is it that every time a manager get's sacked, Hoddle is always one of the favourites to get the job ? He hasn't managed a team since 2006, he's been out of the game for nearly a decade. I think a lot of what he says when he is doing punditry is wrong too. The game has changed since 2006, i think the game has passed him by.

He was first team coach at QPR with Redknapp.

Is this an endorsement or another criticism...

I still dunno how Suarez is escaping criticism. That guy has just scored 6 goals in 21 apps in all comps for the fee of 75m f**king pounds.

If he were a Chelsea player he'd have been eaten for breakfast by media by now.

Same with Di Maria he has been absolutely underwhelming for most of the season and was purchased for f**king 60m pounds record PL fee. Atleast Mesut Ozil was brilliant for almost first half of the season but this lad has been sh*te and costed like 20m pounds more still escapes criticism.

Strange.

It's pointing out that he hasn't been out of the game for a decade.

As a manager he has.

He's been coaching out of contract players in Spain for the best part of the last nine year but I would still consider him out of the loop.

Massively overrated coach and no idea the fascination with idea of him returning to management. Much like Sol Campbell I almost want to see him get a high profile job just so he can inevitably fail miserably and everyone will shut up about them.

I think he was actually a great manager when he was managing. Ten years without a managerial job has probably rendered him out of date though.

Always grateful to Glen. Got us contending and therefore in the shop window when Roman came looking. He was also the reason for Ruud signing, with Luca and Zola following.

Great managers win things, Hoddle's record is no better than any of the other many average managers out there.

I think Wolverhampton fans might disagree with you.
