October 7, 201510 yr We need him in the PL with an equally as cringeworthy club as Liverpool, they were the perfect match for clichés and ideas above their station, who else would he fit? Sad, sad times for football fans.
October 7, 201510 yr Sunderland should beg him to be their saviour. I'd love to see him relegate them useless diddies.

October 7, 201510 yr I'm genuinely shocked they haven't appointed Allardyce yet. Even at the start of the season I thought two things were inevitable for 2015/16: 1) Sam Allardyce becomes Sunderland manager 2) His first move is to sign Kevin Nolan

October 7, 201510 yr I am very curious to see where he ends up next, I can't really see him managing abroad (although I suppose I would have said the same about David Moyes) and other than the Sunderland job (I'm still convinced Fat Sam is nailed-on), there isn't really a lot going on in terms of vacancies. Maybe Newcastle or Villa if things [continue to] go tits-up?
October 7, 201510 yr Author Can't see him slipping into a premier league job all that quickly. He could probably end up at somewhere like West Ham when the Bilic factor wears off and they start demanding more attractive football again
October 7, 201510 yr Yeah, the ad boards on the Lovren pic say 'Ziggy from Grange Hill' too. That's before my time but I'm guessing it's funny...?
October 7, 201510 yr AHAHAHA just spotted the infamous 'players who will let us down envelope'. That's brilliant

October 7, 201510 yr Brendan to Celtic, next season to take on the mighty Gers - you heard it here first

October 8, 201510 yr We need him in the PL with an equally as cringeworthy club as Liverpool, they were the perfect match for clichés and ideas above their station, who else would he fit? Sad, sad times for football fans. It's obvious. Rottenham. ...sorry, Spud.
October 8, 201510 yr It's obvious. Rottenham. ...sorry, Spud. Why are you apologising, Spud cried bitter tears on hearing Rodgers had been sacked. Rodgers at Spurs is a dream come true!
October 8, 201510 yr Why are you apologising, Spud cried bitter tears on hearing Rodgers had been sacked. Rodgers at Spurs is a dream come true! It'd be a series of verbal cock ups waiting to happen. He'd be full of sh*t about the significance of the cockerel, the Jewish thing, the Gooners,...
October 8, 201510 yr On a second thought, it would also be fun if Rodgers replaced Wenger... That would be a dream come true
