December 24, 20178 yr Get the feeling he has matured whilst being at Palace, I bet also after hearing Alex Oxlade Chamberlain speaking after the FA Cup final saying that he wasn't keen on playing wide back yet just grateful to be playing struck a note with him.
December 30, 20178 yr The highlights were not so good as before, perhaps down to Arsenal being better opposition or perhaps just an off day. Lots of short passes, a couple of charged down shots, at least one should have been a better pass to another player. Two miss-hits.

January 1, 20188 yr More likely a training incident perhaps RLC decked one of the Palace chaps and so has been excluded for the time being, stranger things have happened.

I don't think it is relevant though? Also RLC is old enough now to stop saying future. Either hes good enough or not. Personally I think he's highly overrated by Chelsea fans.

That may be, but speculating about a training ground bust-up is a very big leap, and unsubstantiated as well, as far as I'm aware. For all we know, the man has to deal with family circumstances. We just don't know why he wasn't in Palace's squad.

He had a bust up with his family, then had a bust up with his team mates and then had a bust up with his own leg which he got injured from and is now out of the squad. So you are both correct.

I was looking on the CPFC forums to see if I could back up my comment in the wake of Valerie's remark. I could find very little on RLC except criticism of his lack of movement and another saying how Wilf had remarkably improved playing with RLC.
