I think some of our players need to have a bit more confidence from range, take a shot once in a while.

I don't criticise Ivanovic often, but his insistence on punting the ball at Drogba every other time he gets the ball is ruining our build up play.

He could have pulled Solanke out of the game (well anytime he has had youth players on the bench it is just as placers) or put Cuadrado up top. Boils down to not trusting young players.
