Standard at top of pl is crap, as we have said all season...but rather it be a contest throughout the league than what dross you see dished up in la Liga...the non-contest between Real Madrid and Rayo currently stands at 9-2 with 10 minutes to go

Bale with 4. Benzema and Ronaldo with a brace and Danilo opening the scoring today. Not a bad game to watch though. Plenty of goals as opposed to the sh*tfest of a game in the Premier League right now.

Plus Rayo were actually winning. Had a man sent off, Bale equalised, another man sent off. Then there's no chance.

Benzema, Ronaldo, Bale, Modric, James plus the rest against 9 men. It would be a no contest in any league.

Can't judge Klopp when he hasn't had a transfer window yet but on current evidence are they any better off now than if they'd stuck with Rodgers?

Won't be able to tell until Klopp has been given time.

The thing is, when they win he's a genius but when they lose it's due to it being Rodgers' team.

Once he has his own team he can be judged. If he gets that team into Europe he's doing well.

Why do people say that he needs his own team, lame excuse. The job of a manager is to get the best out of his players at his disposal. Pardew, Ranieri, didn't have their own team. He's no muppet but he is unproven in English football and doesn’t deserve the hype he is getting.

Yeah have that Liverpool you f**king awful club.

Klopp is horsesh*t, been found out already. Even in 2 seasons time they will still be sh*t.

f**k you

I'm drunk

f**king lol ....scouse w**kers getting excited then smashed down to earth us still the funniest thing in football...

I'm also drunk.

f**king chicken mourning, rat munching, Scouse bar stewards.

Now that we've won a game, I can enjoy their sh*te results.

I'm completely sober.

I'm never gone live that one down am I?

To be honest someone else posted it before you became victim of the dreaded autocorrect, can't remember the username but it was dkw who picked it out haha. It's just amazing, I love it.

Given our poor season and the jibes we've had to take off of some United and Liverpool fans, this weekend has been brilliant, nice to see Watford playing well and Ake scoring. I saw some recent posts about us on Facebook, but truth is get your own houses in order.

I would have really loved this season had Chelsea been not this bad, some of the upsets were just hilarious. If LVG drops another game on Boxing day, what are the odds Jose will replace him and make his debut against us? I mean who would have imagined that 6 months ago. The real Klopp is coming out, there's a reason his Dortumoud team failed miserably last year, and hell a lot better this year with a different manager.

Pretty much no chance. Our game is just 2 days after Boxing Day game

There's talk of where Guardiola might end up next season. England seems likely but I wonder whether the possible reputational risk might put him off.

JM's name has been dragged through the mud by the press and media, Van Gaal's reputation is taking a battering and Klopp's honeymoon period is likely over. English football and our media want big managerial names and news-fodder but lacks the patience to allow managers any periods of poor form. Talk of Van Gaal being dismissed if Utd lose over Christmas, when Man Utd are fifth in the table, seems to smack of a loss of a sense of proportion by some fans. Apparently, senior players at Utd are unhappy with Van Gaal. I'd hate for JM's departure at CFC to be seen as encouraging players at other clubs to play managers out of their jobs.

If we are not careful, world class managers will begin to think twice before coming here, money or not. Guardiola might want the prestige of managing Utd or City but he should be wary about how quickly things can go sour.

I've seen it twice too. Marvellous :-)

I picture a whooping jubilant goat with a silly flowery hat btw.
