As for players out, that for me has to be John Obi Mikel,the lad has a bucket load of talent,but he needs a new challenge to (hopefully for him) prove it.

Guessing you meant Chris Coleman as not sure Seamus as Everton's right back has much relevance to the matter.

My ideal transfer activity

Firstly I would make it clear to the likes of Cuadrado, Mikel and Ramires that they have one season to save themselves as if they play badly again this season then they will be let go. I am still hoping last season was a blip in form and not something more serious. I would say something similar to Moses.
If these players continue to be uninspiring I would bring in our youth to replace them in the squad and look to see who is available next season.
I would switch Oscar and Fabregas around in the first team having Fabregas as a pivot and Oscar will hopefully shot in a lot of the positions Fabregas gets into. I would see that like a transfer.
I would bring in Baba as our replacement full back like the look of him going forward hopefully Jose can do what he did for Cole to him that would sort out are full backs for years to come.
I wouldn't sign Stones for £30m I think it is too much for a young CB, and I would much rather Zouma were to get that game time as I think Zouma is better and a better prospect, and I wouldn't want to see 2 great young prospects wasting away on our bench. Instead I would have promoted one of our own (Kalas Christensen Omeruo spring to mind) as we also have Ivan that can cover CB so i think that would be fine.

In a perfect world I would sell Cuadrado Salah and Moses in order to finance a bid for Bale I think he has been wasted at RM and we could do a lot with him but if that can't happen I would definitely make sure the rumours are out there to put a little pressure on Willian, I don't think we shoould buy someone second class like Greizeman or Pedro I would rather we stuck with what we have Moses has looked decent in pre season and at Stoke and it would be nice for Traore or Kenedy to get a shot.

Upfront I'm not the biggest fan of the Falcao loan but I understand it with Costa's hammy we need strength in depth and I know Falcao looked bad but I am sure Falcao on the team sheet is more frightening than Bamford and Bamford needs game time and if Costa and Remy both stay fit he wouldn't get that here. In an Ideal world I would have sold Remy and brought in Lacazette and keeping Solanke for the odd game.

strange how people are  saying rumours that we've "apparently" put in a bid of 46 million for koke yet according to many we're being tight asses lol. i wonder, if like many have said already, that we're working on a big deal and that's why we're reluctant to go higher on the likes of stones. it all seems eerily hush hush from the journos if this is the case though.

Given the fact Lacazette has just signed a new 5 year deal it would take a lot more than £25m to get him. Probably closer to £40-£45m which is a hell of a lot to be paying for someone who won't start.

The problem with that is that if none of our strikers pick up injuries, it will be a complete waste of time having another striker. That striker would never get a game. We don't have enough space for another striker in our team. 3 should be enough.

I would have liked to bring in Schneiderlin, Pedro & Cabaye and ship out Mikel & Cuadrado this Window in reference to the replacements Drogba/Bamford, Luis/Baba & Cech/Begovic

I would have bought Schneiderlin and Pedro and sold Mikel (As much as it pains me, can't have 3 DM's at the club though) and Cuadrado if I was in charge, every other position would be filled with returning loan players/youngsters.

I think we all know Mikels Limitations now, so although he has been a decent servant would of replaced him with a Witsel. In an ideal world Verratti or Modric but thats fantasy land.

 

I believe we are Still looking to offload Cuadrado, which says it all (questions over who sanctioned that move) and will even take a slight financial hit for it to happen. Value is only going to decrease. I think Pedro would of been ideal, he scores goals and is different to Hazard, Willain, cesc and Oscar. Again Bale if we are tallking Fantasy Football. 

 

Stones surely cant be worth £34m, though is a good prospect. Cant judge Baba till he has played for us...not many known available World Class left back around. Although maybe a good squad player, Moses hasnt set the world alight for Liverpool or Stoke and I think there are better options.

Out: Salah, Mikel, Oscar (if £25m+), Cuadrado

IN: Witsel, Pedro, Baba, Stones if less than £30m

He might actually qualify for a work permit since they changed it. Not sure where the link is but its on here somewhere explaining how he might be able to qualify. Here's hoping!

Cech was always going to leave so Begovic was a great replacement so I'd keep that and also Luis for Baba looks a like for like so would keep that also.

I think we could have done all of the above without being too much over what we brought in for sales so we could still have the means to make the move for Stones which I think we need to do.
