Apparently you can buy league titles and CL cups so I'd just save the money from players and buy one of those....

If i was Mourinho and we could buy anyone then it would have been Reus, i think he is a brilliant footballer. Like Hazard, i think he would be dangerous at LW, RW or AMC.

 

Realistically i would have liked us to sign Pedro, he's quick, works hard, has end product. I think he would have given us what we need on the wing.

 

If i was Mourinho i would have sold Mikel, i don't see him as a Mourinho type player at all and i think his minutes that he does get could go to a youngster who i think can do a better job.



Well, we've just spent 3 years totally overhauling the squad for a new era, so I don't think any £80 million splurges are necessary. However, I think it's a big mistake to not buy another decent CM. As for who that is, I don't know. All I know is a single decent CM buy would improve us immensely. It would be insurance in case Matic got injured, and it would allow greater rotation of Oscar and Cesc throughout the season so we aren't spent by early February.

 

To be fair, Rami is a good squad player, I think people's opinion of him has dropped because they overrated him to begin with. He's always been a great runner with stamina and terrible passing, occasionally scoring a great goal. The problem is that he starts about 50% more games than he should, often on the wing where he shouldn't ever play really. I won't even talk about Mikel. 

I would have bought Petr Cech because apparently he is so good that he can turn a team that has won f**k all for over a decade into the best team in the country.

I would have signed Pep.

 

The two best manages in the game working alongside each other. Pep's adroit and elegance mixed with Jose's fortitude and practicality.

In a complete fantasy world where everything is very simple, ie fifa! I would prefered us to sign lacazette, benteke, icardi, or dybala, instead of signing falcao.

Sold salah, Moses, and cuardrado to break the bank for either rues or greizmann.

Sold mikel, bought witsel.

Cech and luis for rahman and begovic is good givenue the circumstances.

Oh yeah and smash the transfer record for stones!

1) Not allow Cech to go to Arsenal

2) Sell Cuadrado, Moses, Salah, Mikel and Ramires

3) Buy Griezman and Pedro

4) Buy a midfielder in following order of preference: Pogba / Scheiderlin / Witsel / Schweinsteiger

5) Buy Benteke

6) Keep Luis

All good picks mate. Thought Schneiderlin was at United? Ah that's what you meant by fantasy, my bad.

As I think there may be a need to reinvent the team ethos somewhat,why not spend £80million quid on Gareth Bale?.

 

He has pace to burn,which we lack in attack,he can finish,which we lack in attack and it would piss of the fsw no end!.

 

Everyone's a winner & as he's going to end up back here anyway,we might as well get the best out of him before the poor sod suffers a Benitez mind f**k.

As for players out, that for me has to be John Obi Mikel,the lad has a bucket load of talent,but he needs a new challenge to (hopefully for him) prove it.

I'd probably sell the players you mentioned, but I think Moses deserves a chance.
