Hard one this, everyone in the back 4 did well. None was head and shoulders better than the other. I'll probably go for Begovic as he did make a few really good saves that keep us in it.

Zouma commands the air above our defence like a B52 bomber, BOOOOOM !

I watched him today to see how he gets on with no JT, and guess what, sunk straight into JT's boots he did.

I'll go with Begovic.

Did very well in the game and saved us in a couple of situations.

Zouma for me, Chelsea legend in the making, Wilian worked very hard defensively and Hazard looks sharper, only Cesc looked out of sorts to me and it seemed the boys stuck to the game plan well.

Begovic showing what a great signing he was, really does deserve to be first choice somewhere, great to have him as our number two.

My avatar. If all our players had his effort and dedication to the cause we would be top of the league.

There is no "i" in team but there's a big one in Cahill.

Interesting you say that about the back four as in my opinion ivanovic didn't do nearly enough to be considered motm.the other three contributed more.not too many have voted for him either.

Maybe because he didn't get forward like Dave did and wasn't involved in that many ariel duels like Cahill and Zouma were seeing as they were playing long balls down the middle but he was quietly very solid. Won a lot of tackles, made some great interceptions, helped that Willian had Rose in has back pocket as well.

Went for Zouma as I don't recall him losing one header and he was good throughout (as was the defence on the whole).

Thought Pedro had a good first half but faded in the second and I would have subbed him for Kenedy around the 60 minute mark.

Pedro was comfortably our best player in the first half, extremely dangerous throughout. He was far more quiet in the second half though, although had his moments. I largely agree with Nibs that he should have been withdrawn earlier, although perhaps not as soon as the hour mark.

Zouma and Cahill were excellent throughout, however. This was the kind of defensive performance we've been missing so sorely this season. Very hard to pick between them as they were more or less equal defensively, but I think Cahill was the more reassuring on the ball so I went for him.

The great Jason Cundy agreed with us. Heard him saying exactly that last night although he also mentioned about throwing Costa on and trying to wind up the Spurs defenders who were already on a yellow card - all three of them!!
