If they do this swap; I'm going to root for every team that plays against us... However, since I don't know what goes on behind closed doors at Chelsea, I will just go with the flow... I don't think can root against Chelsea, no matter the situation...

What is it with Christensen..? He is clearly behind Luiz, Azpilicueta, Cahill and probably Rudiger. He is still young but for me pretty far from our starting 11. If our squad needs someone else than 5th choice cb like a wingback I think we should go for it.

It's Machiavellian, exchanging the promising future for a short term gain. Managers are really only here short term and will do what they must to improve their chances of being successful.

Let's hope if it is true we get something on Christensen's sale with a buyback or a cut on a future sale.

Cancelo is apparently moving to Inter on loan which probably means they're ready to offload Candreva to us.

Most squads need a few stop gap players. Not the most exciting signing but I remember signing Mineiro and we haven't sunk to those depths yet.

How many old players have we bought recently? Clearly a plaeyer Conte wants though, no way thats someone that Emenalo and the scouts have suggested

The problem is he was probably Conte fourth choice. So far we know we missed Walker, Danilo and atleast to now we cant even get a player like Oxlade ..…... So he was 4 or even 5 on the list ....

I didn't think Candreva was a defensive player - am I wrong?

He is not, but we will probably use him as a rwb alternative.

Candreva has been rumoured for a while, even last year we were in for him. Danilo was never someone Conte championed for and Ox rumours have only come in the last few weeks cant see hin being a top choice either. Theres no way Candreva is Contes 5 choice. Maybe the boards though
