Jose Mourinho thread

Hardly an 'attack' is it? A humorous sledge is all & let's face it brexiteer - deserved: you'll take any opportunity you can to deride Mourinho & your contempt for same defines you - one only has to look at your choice of user name, avatar & post history to see that. What's 'embarrassing' is your reaction to the sledge. You dish it out constantly when it comes to Mourinho & to those on here who still have some respect for him but when it comes back by way of a playful jibe, it distresses you. If you give it out you've got to expect that at some stage it'll come back - so grow up & have a bit of a laugh at yourself.

I do not 'give it out' as you put it. Yes, i dig into Mourinho as i find the bloke unbearable but i never do it to other members of the forum. I have respect for other Chelsea fans. I try to have sensible conversations wherever possible on this forum. Much like how you use the term 'Brexiteer' as some kind of sly dig at me because i have a different political opinion to you. Its petty and you need to grow up.

deary me....there you again; all sensitive at being named as a brexiteer - which is what you are. You were happy to wade in at the time & post your support for brexit so what happened to all that brexit chest thumping? The reality of your choice is starting to sink in isn't it - and it's going to be a terrible reality for you & the rest of Britain - so the 'mature' thing to do would be to admit that you've made an horrendous mistake. But will you I wonder?

I voted for Brexit and i fully stand by my decision. Not sure where you have read that i've said any different and i certainly haven't made a 'horrendous decision'. At least with Yorkey i managed to have a sensible conversation about politics over on that thread. You however are just a bigot that cannot believe that someone dare have a different political opinion to you. I also don't understand why you are so emotionally unstable about the entire Brexit scenario as you're from Australia. As this seems to be the deep lying issue with you picking apart most comments i put and liking every comment that disagrees with me we can continue this over on the politics thread or on PM if you so wish.

Intolerant of brexiteers? yeah - so don't mind being called a bigot by brexiteers. Emotionally unstable - dunno - cops haven't been round lately. The thing is - the whole world economy is connected & brexit is going to have massive implications for the rest of the world as well. But as you rightly suggest - happy to continue with this in the politics thread.

You have issues

Rashford's first good game of the season. Ibra will be back up top next game and Rashford back to being wasted on the wing. However, i do agree that £200m in the summer will definitely make them title challengers next season.

Rashford's done pretty well every time he's been playing as a striker, he just needs more opportunities there rather than on the wings. He's a very hardworker so at least he adds that but he's not really the man you want 20 yards wide of the pitch.

He could have played Zlatan if he really wanted to tbf, Zlatan's done Thursday-Sunday's plenty of times this season, just think Jose thought this was the best way to hurt your defence. Zlatan is yet to sign an extension. He may even leave come June, he probably will do if we don't qualify for the Champions League.

Mourinho's tactical plan to use Rashford to hurt our back line was brilliant. It's the same story with Martial though. Play them up top and they're great, stick them on the wing and they're no where near as deadly. Mourinho has always had his favourites at every team and they seem to be the big money signings. As good as Rashford is he'll never start regularly up top and reach the goal scoring heights of even last season for Utd until Mourinho is gone. Even if Zlatan leaves i imagine Mou will sign a star player such as a Lukaku etc.

Not really sure why you have decided to attack me here. Does a few cheap likes on a forum really mean that much to you? Embarrassing fella. We support the same team yet you'd rather ridicule me for others approval to make you feel better about yourself. Show a bit of maturity.

Oh the irony...

What the f**k is this? Can you stick to Mourinho and not attacking a poster for his political views? What if he voted brexit? What's that got to do with Mourinho?

A nonsensical moan irrelevant to this thread..

They're stupid enough to think their players play for Utd because they "love" the club whilst everyone else's players are mercenaries so wouldn't surprise me if they think Mourinho actually cares about them or their club.

Ah, but can mourinho zip his coat up...

Well away from the slagging of Jose and other posters which is cringe is there any team left in the Europa who realistically would have a decent chance of putting United out?

I can't help but feel it's a stick on they will win it given their squad.

You would think so but this is knockout football, we had a seemingly easy path to the FA Cup in 2008 and got beat by Barnsley.

Lyon with Lacazette leading the line are a real threat and one awful half against them and they are f**ked.

Lyon or Ajax are the two main threats. In football anything can happen though, hopefully someone will catch Utd on a bad day.

Well he's done it at Porto, Chelsea, Madrid and United.....

Sigh. Do you mean to say that he has done that with every club against a former club? If not then it is not the same thing at all...

What he did there was typically classless.
