Hazard destroys the left hand side and feeds it into Costa. Shot blocked by WH defense only as far as William who loses it. Oscar quickly steals it back and goes down with two hands on him. No penalty

I seen Arnautovic tell the ref to "f**k off man" when he was fouled and the ref didn't give a yellow the other day.........Arnautovic wasn't booked. So it looks like the refs are going to pick and choose when to give yellow cards for players mouthing off at them. Rooney does it in every game, i bet he get's away with it all season.
