Tuesday at 21:272 days Every England player is looking for somebody to do something instead of forcing it themselves.
Tuesday at 21:292 days Both Gordon and Madueke have been sh*t all night. This game is going nowhere unless they are both changed
Tuesday at 21:302 days Wasting a squad spot on Jordan Henderson just to be a cheerleader is such a low IQ move. If he’s that good for the dressing room appoint him on the staff for the summer and take CP who can actually affect a game!
Tuesday at 21:382 days This is why I said England won't win it. They lack those players that will make something happen. Spain, France, Argentina, Portugal, Brazil, Germany, they all have those players.
Tuesday at 21:412 days Madueke is f**king sh*t. He's constantly looking for the ref to help him. It's like he thinks he is playing for Arsenal.
Tuesday at 21:452 days I love Tuchel for that UCL trophy, but he made a mess of this selection. Nothing justifies the absence of Palmer. England do not have a player like him in the squad.
Tuesday at 21:522 days Just now, Scott Harris said:Kane stat padding in the Bundesliga but bottles the big moments for England. How the hell did he get picked over Jackson every week? Crazy!!!
Tuesday at 22:002 days Highlight of the match; Baba Rahman is still playing somewhere. Edited Tuesday at 22:002 days by Munkunku

You have to call a player like that even if not to start every match. Now, none of this matters... 😁 WC starts in the knockout stage where not conceding becomes extremely important. Leaky defenses go home early. Edited Tuesday at 22:112 days by acaeus
Tuesday at 22:072 days Same sh*t from England. One good half against Croatia and then it's back to the same crap. We can have the best coach in the world leading this team, but it won't make a difference. This country produces and hypes up too many cowardly players and bottlers. They pretend that players like Saka are these generational talents when they're not. Imagine how deluded some fans have to be to think this team is on the same level as France, and Kane the same level as Mbappe. I would trust Haaland to drag his team over the line more than I would with Kane. Edited Tuesday at 22:072 days by Scott Harris
Tuesday at 22:072 days Rogers and Rashford did well on coming on, Kane missed a gilt edged chance. The ref did not add time for the last sub.Pickford could have seen red he did not play the ball, turned his back, he panicked. The other incident with Rogers, he did not get the ball though less likely to have impeded the player like Pickford did.
Tuesday at 22:102 days Start the tournament with a win.Shaky result.Batter a lesser opponent to bring back optimism.Sneak through first knock out round via ET/Pens.It’s coming home.Lose to Portugal on penalties.

They must have thought just seeing most of the ball means he played well. The only player on the pitch who was worse was Gordon.

He could have passed that one for a tap in for Sterling. I know it's always a risk with Sterling, but even so, the pass should have been made. Bottled a penalty against France in 2022. He's definitely a Spud, that's for sure. Then when it's all over, the country feels sorry for themselves and pats themselves on the back for being losers. We're embarrassed further when bottlers like Southgate are treated like the greatest this country has ever produced. If anything, Southgate is the poster boy of failure.
Tuesday at 22:592 days Heard a stat before the match when we have won the first match we never win the second, so true to form.
Wednesday at 07:072 days Upon reflection, how on earth wasn’t that Konsa challenge a penalty and how did Pickford stay on the pitch after wiping out that poor forward?Got away with one massively last night.

But the fact is, at times he is a complete passenger. The whole side was poor last night and he was up there with the worst performers (although surely that has to be Madueke). But like Ronaldo for Portugal, will TT ever take him off when we need a goal as he scores goals even when playing badly? Wednesday at 10:072 days I think we got away with one.Still in a good place though we need to win the next one because if Ghana beats Croatia we might just go into a harder path in the tournament.I thought Madueke did ok, better than Gordon though still not as effective as we might have hoped, put in a great cross once on the left. What got me was why we did not put in more crosses with having both Kane with Bellingham running into support. Instead Kane was surrounded by three defenders. Got more exciting with Rogers and Saka on as they moved the defenders around more though possibly this was also because Ghana was more stretched by trying to score themselves. We also need to sort out free-kick specialists, James struggled with nearly all his crosses and Rice did not impress either. We also need some variation to test them not the same repeatedly being headed away.
Wednesday at 20:371 day This Canada v Switzerland game has been largely terrible, but Canada’s goal to reduce the deficit to 2-1 was maybe the goal of the tournament so far.
