Liverpool look poor without Mané, any news on whether Firminio misses this one? They are in avsolute shambles atm, vouldnt ask for a better time to play them.

They've look completely lost since the turn of the year, really struggling to get any results and their defence looks like it's struggling too.

Agreed that it's a very good time to play them, their poor form might make them a bit gung ho against us because they'll be so desperate to get a positive result to try and get back in the title race.

You can bet Anfield will be rocking and their players put in 110% against us, nothing surer.

Klopp and his players know a win against us would go a huge way to making up for recent results.

Liverpool are a bad matchup for us I feel, some teams just dont stack up well for us, Liverpool is one.

Would take a draw gladly

for sure they are going to up their game for this one and i bet the ref gets on their side as well but if play to our best and hazard wakes up for it i think chelsea will have enough to get a result there

definitely. key is to avoid defeat.

Spot on, a draw suits us more here than dippers and goonies, we lose 2 points in a draw but so do they, and it's one less chance to catch us and 2 chances for us to slip behind us, even 2 points would do, 4 would put us in a fantastic position and 6, you could pretty much say failing any major disasters we are champions elect.

Based on their current form and hopefully without Mane, we should get at least a draw. A win followed by a glorious rendition of the gerrard slip song will just make my season. #comeonchelsea

Basically any team with intensity and high press,  we need to address, that in the summer, a playmaker in CM improvement in the WB positions maybe a top CB would eliminate those problems but to get all that in one window, no easy task.

Yeah, I'm sure it'll be one of those magical nights...

Judging by their display at the King Power, they have some of the most quiet away fans in the league. Imagine what Swansea fans would do if they had some organised karaoke at the beginning that no one could hear.

Assume we will have the usual team ( doubt we will risk anyone this weekend), a draw would be underwhelming result for us. Compare them to the Spurs team, they don't have the energetic and strong midfield to press us all game, and their defence is suspect. Of course on a good day, Coutinho could crack a shot in from 30 yards out, but we definitely have the edge in just about all the areas over them. I want Cesc to start this game, Kante plays a more defensive role, and Willian will track back when we needs him.

I'm in the Kop lol f**ked up getting tickets in the away end.  My mate got me one in the Kop.

Make sure you get the necessary inoculations from your GP surgery.

I think Liverpool have punched themselves out already, Spurs done it last year too.

Playing an ultra hard pressing game is good but its impossible to keep it up over the course of season.

Theres also no other ground in England that I want a win from more than Anfield, my hatred of Liverpool runs deep and its mostly down to their deluisonal fans.

We have to at the very least win on eof the Pool or Arsenal games, if we win both, the title is over and hopefully Conte will have learned from the trip the Spurs that the way around the press is to go direct to an out ball and have players breaking off him.

I'm confident anyway, Liverpools defence is beyond brutal so we should have some joy against them.

Would love to put the dippers out the top 4 especially after all the sh*t their fans have been talking, city and Utd are 2 and 3 points behind them, beat them at w**kfield and there is a good chance that will happen and shatter their confidence for the rest of the season, klopp is good but looks like he would lose his cool if it started to fall apart...I'm usually not vindictive but them and spuds...the fans need knocked down to size

The bin dippers are obviously concentrating on the league as theyve   just been knocked out of the Cup by Wolves, the greatest fans in the world were a bit quiet too

Big game for us, Liverpool are struggling at their last game, also missing Mane, but it doesn't mean we've already won the game, we will have to fight 90 minutes and get those 3 points.

Our form is good, confidence on a high level, we have to win this and I believe we will!

I'd like to see this starting lineup:

-------------------------- Courtois ----------------------

-------- Azpilicueta --- David Luiz --- Cahill --------

Moses ----------- Kante ------- Fabregas ------- Marcos Alonso

-------------- Pedro ------------------ Hazard ----------------

---------------------- Diego Costa --------------------------

If Conte will go with 2 DM's, then I'd prefer Chalobah, he would offer us more than Matic in my opinion.

COME ON CHELS!!!!!!!!!!!

What the hell does he mean by saying 'not possible to go lower' ? Next game is the visit of the champion elect who's pretty much on form.. 4 straight home defeats is very much on the card...  Another defeat for his side at anfield would be the new record and at the same time put them, if not already, out of title race which mean zero chance of any trophy.. How is that not considered any lower??
