Hazard have been very good today, we could have had 2-3 more goals if Pedro and Costa hadn't been so poor in their linkup play. I'm also annoyed at Matic for loosing that ball so easily before the big ozil chance towards the end of the half.

Great half, should've been 2 up though proper braindead from diego not passing it to pedro

Thought Pedro's been excellent.

I am looking for physical signs, and it worries me that Hazard keeps his head down in this game - does not engage, does not anticipate as much as he normally would.

Hope Costa gets it together for 2nd half.

we have done well to de-possess & Courtois mad 2 vital saves.

If Costa wasn't so selfish we would have solved the game.

Can't fault any player yet... Excellent performance!

Everything went according to plan so far . I'm not being overly critical, but we should had at least another goal now if decision making and passing was at the usual standard. I reckon if we get to 2 up, a few of their players will just give up and call it a day. Danger with this game is we are too comfortable so far, and a mis kick or silly error so could be right back into it. I'm sure conte will push the players to kill off the game early in the second half

I agree, one of the best players so far. Movement and work rate has been top notch.

I think that was a good half, and a one goal lead seems about right.

Our front three aren't quite in sync, it seems every counter we have one of Hazard or Costa are too busy catching their breath.

A few nervy moments on our wings, Pedro and Moses both have a silly foul in them and the bermuda triangle on our left side that neither Alonso nor Hazard cover has looked bigger than ever at times.

Maybe I'm being too negative. We're 1-0 up against our (current) closest rivals. I think we need a second, but we're in a good position.

Should of put the game to bed by now, being just one goal up always makes me nervous as hell, especially if you get the feeling with 15mins to play that we've decided to just see the game out.....

Good performance but not perfect. We deserve to be ahead but we might have conceded.

Another one needed to cement the advantage for mine. 

I think we need more and we need to be more decisive and smart. This so far is going on like Pool game.

I could have been calmer if Costa put the pen against Liverpool in the back of the net.

Good peeformance so far from everyone bar matic. Starting to look like a bit of a Mikel mk2. When we have Kanté as our tackler in there, we need someone with a bit more creativity partnering him. Chalobah for me would be the better option. 

Playing solidly, apart from one good chance Arsenal have created nothing. Wasted a few chances to kill this game off especially on the break.  I expect to see Welbeck and or Giroud at the start of 2nd half.  Wegner has to go for it and with only a one goal deficit there is still hope for them to grab an equalizer and possibly go in front.  

I am indulging myself if ,I think in this league with likes of augero & zlatan 9 points is enough lead

Match really should have been done with Costa chance to put Pedro through

Apart from that one moment just before half time, Matic has had a very good game. He has broken up a fair few moves from Arsenal and picked out some decent passes. He's been poor of late, but has looked better so far today.
