July 13, 20179 yr Well if they can get PEA for under £50m then I'm interested...anything more doesn't make sense for a 28 year old with no resale value...still prefer to hard ball over Belotti though...maybe throw in Costa or Michy on loan there if we can get a second striker like Llorente or Benteke...I don't want any forward to come here if it means we will have to sacrifice Mitchy! I can't see why he can't score 20 goals or more if the manager gives him a chance. He even has a better potential than Lukaku who I actually rate a lot.
July 13, 20179 yr It means that, like most modern footballers, he is an attention whore. One of the reason why I don't want him here.
July 13, 20179 yr ChelsTransfer? @ChelsTransfer 11h11 hours ago More #Tianjin has offered €85m for Aubameyang. As a consequence, #BVB will start at that valuation for the striker. (via @DiMarzio) #ACMilan #CFC Seems vastly over valued at that price. Hopefully he says hell no to China heh. I f**king hope he sign for them immediately!

July 13, 20179 yr With us supposedly selling costa and loaning Abraham and Loftus cheek. We have only One striker on our books unless You count Remy. We will have to buy 2 quality strikers to add to Michy. Hence i dont see us spending crazy Money on one striker

Yeah that has not worked with us and Costa so good luck Dortmund
July 14, 20179 yr Chelsea close in on £65million Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang swoop... Quote Chelsea are closing in on a £65million deal for Borussia Dortmund hotshot Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang . Blues boss Antonio Conte is desperate to solve his striker problem and Chelsea are now in pole position for Aubameyang, after missing out on Romelu Lukaku, and finding it difficult to land Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/chelsea-close-65million-pierre-emerick-10801255?1 Edited July 14, 20179 yr by Socrates

Michu leading the line will be exactly what other clubs would hope for. Add Llorente with him and we will witness the club crashing out of the CL at the group stages and missing out on TOP 4 . Mediocre strikers equates to mediocre results. Edited July 15, 20179 yr by lchk

July 15, 20179 yr Yeah need a better source than the mirror. Am expecting we end up with llorente and/or benteke

July 15, 20179 yr Also in the daily express online not to sure whether that's a reliable source or not?
July 15, 20179 yr The big worry is that his whole game is built around pace and when that goes he's got very little to offer...plus we would have to change our style of play as he can't hold the ball up and he's weak at joining up with the midfield...as a last resort yes but exhaust all other opportunities first...and £50m is tops for him...
July 15, 20179 yr Hey guys am new here so be gentle lol. PEA game does revolve around pace a lot of the time but it takes great vision and movement to score 31 tap ins in one season. So although he's not my first choice I wouldn't mine seeing him in royal blue.
July 15, 20179 yr Tbh, at this stage with no news on Belotti and Morata move dying, I'd take PEA. Who else is there?

If we fail to get Morata, Belotti and Aubemyang then we are pretty much screwed. Our own fault though, pissing about far too much when we knew for 6 months we required a new striker this year.

I mean quite right too having yonpotentially risk 90 mil on a striker with one good season when we have a top striker on our books, for Costa it's a World Cup and athletic seem to be willing but not overly keen in which he will need to be loaned or benched for 6 months, from our side we can't seem to land anyone, a bit of reconciliation at least till Jan would be the easiest solution, but where does that leave us in January....
