60 million for 2 successful seasons is more than paying it back in terms of income for CL and domestic. In fact its what we got for Oscar alone so it's not like it's blowing any hole on our finances at all.

 

So are we in for both Auba and Belotti?  Seems a bit ridiculous but you never know?

Don't think we are in for this one.  And we will be better for it, belotti is a better fit for our system

Those are louboutin trainers, the brand girls go crazy over with the red soles, fancy shmancy if you don't mind looking like a tart, but the serious point to this, a player can charter a jet for his own reasons, to get to London from Northern Europe is only about 10k, that's not much for a top player but it's not holidays any more pre season has started, he posted training with his  club 5 days ago, so if he is getting a private jet you would imagine most likely a club has sent it for him, he has no other reason to travel except an emergency and that wasn't the vibe of the post at all, it's also not impossible the wedding of a relative, jet in for a day jet out, but it's very likely  someone is having talks with him and if he is flying to them it's in the latter stages.

Well yeah but we made up for it by buying Torres for 50m which made clubs more reluctant to pay over the odds. Then Utd bought Pogba and everything snowballed in terms of prices for players

we play counter attacking football mainly, imagine counter attacking with Aubameyang and his crazy pace?

I'd be very happy with Aubameyang, he has crazy pace, great ball control and puts himself in position to get good poaching goals. Those are all great things.

People who have seen more of him say his passing isn't good so against teams we hold the ball most of the game we can't utilize him that much. Not sure if it is that simple...

My sources are telling me that we're after Aubameyang. She tells me that we have baulked at the Morata fee and aren't prepared to cough up that much for a bench player. Can confirm we won't sign Morata unless Real Madrid drop their asking price below £50m. Take that one to the bank. But word coming in is that we have turned our attention to PEA. I expect this one to get done as the player wants the move (unlike Sandro) and Dortmund are prepared to sell.

Well if they can get PEA for under £50m then I'm interested...anything more doesn't make sense for a 28 year old with no resale value...still prefer to hard ball over Belotti though...maybe throw in Costa or Michy on loan there if we can get a second striker like Llorente or Benteke...

It means that, like most modern footballers, he is an attention whore.

We don't need a long term option IMO. We should be looking to see how Tammy does in the Prem before signing any young strikers. He's definitely got the ability to lead the line for us in the future for me. So Aubameyang for 3 years or so until he begins to decline would be perfect.
