Does anybody actually believe this is the case ? I've read it's going be the Nike deal , conte new contract, caballero, van dijk, Sandro, bakayoko, lukaku, 

 

i cant see it whatsoever tbh 

if Chelsea are trying to keep deals secret till the 1st why would the juve president reveal the Sandro offer to the world ? 

Why would lukaku post the now infamous vid of him playing at the Chelsea pitch ? Surely the board would hit the roof with him leaking it, surely not the sort of thing you'd do so soon to piss of your new employers ? 

 

I think I i there won't be a signing there on the 1st and everyone will be in uproar.. or it will be just caballero then it will be meltdown haha.

Complete agree that the new kit deal isn't holding up anything. I keep seeing this theory peddled around and I think it's nonsense.

It won't be stopping us signing players, though it will stop us unveiling them. Until 1st July anyway.

But more importantly, that's quite the name you've chosen.

Seems like we are deffinatly throwing offers about desperate to sign players, I think bakayoko and Lukaku are as good as done and we have made serious offers on Sandro and VVD, hopefully we won't leave it too late, I do think they will try and wrap up Lukaku and bakayoko for the new shirt unveiling or around that time 

No player signing will be announced on July 1.  Better pray none of these bids (real or rumoured) become a repeat of the Stones and Koulibaly sagas. 

I think it could be. Nike would get a pretty awesome kick-start there. I think we will have 2 signings to go along with the new kit.

Gut feel says Baka is now ours, which has accelerated all the talk of Matic moving on..

Lukaku and Sandro are the next likely but who knows.

I imagine there is some truth to it. I don't expect there to be so many announcements but i could see Conte/Cabalero/Bakayoko all being announced. A lot of people such as Jake Cohen on twitter saying this is likely to be the case.

I think Chelsea will try and get some transfers wrapped up by this weekend and look to unveil them in the new Nike kit on the 1st July.

This will be the ideal scenario for Nike, so this is what they would like to see happen. 

I can see this being a busy week in trying to get deals done...

I think it might be something to it. Nike is paying us pretty huge money, and if we present new signings before the deal starts their competitor Adidas is going to be shown in all the pics with new players in Chelsea-clothing. I am pretty sure Nike wants all the "free" publicity themselves instead of seeing Adidas getting it, especially since all CFC has to do is to wait a few weeks/days and then present the signings in Nike clothing instead of Adidas clothing.

In my eyes i think it would be idiotic of Nike not to have this in the contract, since the only downside for CFC is that they will just have to wait to present the new players. For all we know they Chelsea might already have signed 5 new players.

Daily Star are reporting that Conte is frustrated that he isn't getting his targets...for examine he wants Belotti not Lukaku...and that Emanuldo is deciding which players should go for not him, and this is why he's not signed a new contract...could be utter rubbish but who knows what's going on behind the scenes...lets hope that come the Nike contract it's not just big Willy standing up there holding a shirt...!!

Nah, it'd go on until deadline day. Papers need to sell, people have to eat.

But if we played our cards right, could be like summer 2014 where the rumours would be bs/not as dramatic.

Or it'll be Diego Costa unveiling the new kit, announcing he has signed a new contract throwing a spanner in the works

hard to tell for sure, but if you ask me i too am somewhat confident he will land. just saying that I would be really surprised if he is to be unveiled tomorrow

Whatever happens now I am really happy with how active we are being in the transfer market this year. Even though we haven't got any signings confirmed yet but I think it's really clear our targets are at a very high standard and it's looking like we will sign at least 5 players!

Makes a nice change to last summer or the one before! Kante was the only key player we had signed until dying seconds when we got Alonso and Luiz!

Imo it's just pure luck how good they turned out to be. This summer we seem to be more careful and determined to improve our team drastically.

Yeah can't wait to see big Willy, 35, standing on his lonesome holding the Nike shirt...

With him also saying his preference is London too.

With him being unable to reveal where his next club is, is that because of the kit deal we have?

As BM have withdrawn from the bidding for him then Arsenal have the choice of either selling him to a EPL club or letting him run down his contract and letting him go for a free...logic says sell him to the highest EPL bidder but this is Wenger so logic isn't always apparent...
